FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Senate on Wednesday that the White House put limits on the re-opened investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, but the law enforcement chief insisted that the process used was a typical one.

"Our supplemental update to the previous background investigation was limited in scope and that ... is consistent with the standard process for such investigations going back a long ways," Wray said under questioning by Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) at a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on global security threats.

When it became clear to despicables that Kavanaugh would be appointed despite their sleazy and slimy tactics to destroy his reputation, they began filing "complaints" against him in the DC Federal Court where he had served.
What were the complaints? They concerned statements made during his confirmation hearings.
Really.
Anyway, chief justice Roberts, rather than hear the complaints in the Supreme court, (cause, you know, conflict of interest) referred them to the 10th circuit in Colorado. The Washington Post further reports the 10th circuit will “likely decide to dismiss the complaints as moot” since, you know, Kavanaugh has been appointed to the Supreme Court already.
