Host Preface:
Bluntly, I need to make this statement in that unlike all of you my formal education is relatively non-existent. To that end, if you note errors in vocabulary use or if some aspect of the competition is not clear to you, please ask in this thread so it may be cleared up for everyone.

That said the question has been asked as to what the theme will be. Frankly I find it to be a silly question in that we all know I’m some old geriatric whore who is so sexually wound up that I seem like a rabid nymphomaniac on crack. So obviously it will be sexual in nature. What you perhaps didn’t realize is the depths of my depravity, err I mean affliction. Therein is where even the most minor and mundane of things push my buttons well beyond blatant base sexuality.

I literally recognize or perhaps just infer eroticism in everything. Like the sensory feelings of being outdoors when dawn breaks with all the light, sound, changes in the air and so on as a new day comes alive. I see it in the slight flexing of an ankle, hear it in casual conversation between two prospective lovers, and see it in the focussed stare of a person when breathing ceases for just a moment upon seeing someone who perks their interest. So for me it is not just the entire U.S.M.C. standing in line waiting to do me (though that is a really great thought), it is in everything...

…and sometimes the smallest thing, the most inconsequential of things, are the most erotic. Keep that in mind when we come to "Themes."

KAW Standard Rules:
KAW, or Kalling All Writers, was created as a secondary competition to the CAW with only one primary rule--official entries could only be made by writers who had never won a CAW. The rules there remain the same, though previous CAW winners are encouraged to submit stories as non-entries. If you've not won a CAW, you can write for this competition (even if you've won previous KAWs).

KAW-7 Specific Rules & Guidelines:
A. Entry Posting Format: Each individual submission will be posted by their author in their own created thread, in the "XNXX Sex Story" section. The thread title should read "KAW-7:__(title)__." The thread header (first row) should also contain "KAW-7:__(title)__." The second row should contain the author(s) name(s). Your entry will not be disqualified for failure to do so.
B. Entry Length: There is no minimum or maximum set as to entry length.
C. Number of Entries: Due to the potential for brief entries, all authors will be limited to no more than two (2) entries in the competition either individually or co-authored.
D. Group Entries: Authors may work together as "co-authors" however they must both be listed as contributing to the work in the lead submission post. Further, a co-author may-NOT be a previous CAW winner. Authors may utilize a second person as a proofreader or editor. That individual does not have to be noted in the submission, however their contributions cannot be so significant that the work is re-written by them and they may be a previous CAW winner.
E. Entry Composition: Entries may be a simple brief description, a work of poetry or prose, or a short story of any length. Keep in mind those voting will likely also judge the work on the degree of effort they feel you made.
F. Theme Utilization: There are two themes to work from in KAW-7. You may base your work of of either one, or both. Those voting will be encouraged (though not obligated) to grant extra consideration to those who utilize both themes in their submissions.

KAW-7 Theme(s):
KAW-7 will utilize two (2) themes of which you may utilize "either or both" within your individual submission. Those voting will be encouraged (though not required) to grant special consideration to those submissions that utilize both themes.

Theme No.1, Sensual Personification: Your submission is to be focussed around personifying a non-sentient (thinking) object or thing (so no animals, birds, fish or insects may be used). Personification is describing an object or thing in human terms. I’m asking that you describe them in sensual or erotic human terms. So, your work might describe a cloud formation, a car, a factory, etc. in human terms and preferably in a sensual light. It might be a simple description, how the narrator views or feels about an object, or how a character in the story views or feels about a thing.

Ideally, this theme should leave the reader confused at first (if not throughout the piece) as to what exactly the author is speaking of, and will assume it is a person. So, I ask at the END of each work the author tells us in a post-script what the personified thing was.

Theme No.2, Describe a Single Sexual Act: If the author chooses to utilize this theme, the submission is to be focussed around describing in exacting detail a single specific sexual act. What defines a sexual act is rather broad however and up to the author to decide. It might be as exotic as intercourse on a trapeze, or it might be as simplistic as a longing glance, a breath upon another’s neck, a whisper in their ear, holding hands or a kiss.

No matter what the author chooses, they are to elaborate upon it in such a way that the reader will be left with a sense that it is the most intimate and sensual erotic action they can imagine… In that the details and descriptions may become overwhelming, I ask at the END of each work the author tells us in a post-script what the Sexual Act was.

Theme Composition: As mentioned in the rules, the entry may be a simple brief description, a work of poetry or prose, or a short story of any length. Those voting however will be encouraged (though not required) to vote based upon creative effort. So it is possible that the same utilized theme in the exact same words used in a short story may yield more votes.

KAW-7 Writing Phase & Duration:
A. KAW-7’s Writing Phase will commence upon this posting and end promptly on July 24th, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM E.D.T. (GMT-5 adjusted for Daylight Savings Time). Any entry posted by the author after that time will not be included in the competition.
B. Authors will post their own work up to the cut-off date/time in the XNXX Sex, and the KAW-7 Host will NOT accept entries to be posted by her (me) via PM or email.
C. Entries may be submitted/posted at any time up to the cut-off date/time.
D. Authors should contact the host via PM upon adding an entry so it can be added to a growing and final list of entries.

KAW-7 Reading Phase:
The reading phase will commence upon July 25th, 2016 and run a T.B.D. length of time dependent upon the number and length of entries. Those intending on voting are encouraged to make constructive and congratulatory posts within the authors story thread. An announcement post regarding the commencement of the reading phase will be made by the KAW-7 Host listing all valid entries.

KAW-7 Voting Phase:
The voting phase will commence upon the cut-off date/time for the reading phase (T.B.D.), and will last for exactly three (3) days or 72 hours. An announcement post regarding the commencement of the voting phase will be made by the KAW-7 Host listing all valid entries, voting rules and guidelines.

KAW-7 Voting Result Presentation:
Within two (2) days (48 hours) of the end of the voting phase the KAW Host will announce the winners, and relative standings of all entries.

Those rules are very specific and well explained. Although the themes will be a challenge to conquer and probably will bring the best in all writers, I will make the effort, to at least try, to find a good subject to join the competition. As I have ask someone to either co-author with me or act as a proofreader/editor, he has since join the forum as a member. So we might produce a co-authored entry, as well as personal entries. But first things first, time is for imagining a first submission, let alone two in my case.

So I'll start working immediately on my first ideas and send the one I chose to my partner to see his view his opinion and see if we can write a quality story on the said idea.

Good luck to all future participants, as I'm not pretending on any chance of making first place, but that might not be my partner's opinion. He is a perfectionnist, so I'll have my work cut out for me. I know he'll read this and probably scold me on not aiming for first.

 

Excellent post, Hush. Great idea for the "theme(s)", very clear in how you'd like to see things done, and this certainly should produce it's share of interesting entries.

I think you folks are selling yourselves short.

Try this: Imagine someone setting their hand softly to your mid-back. Then simply make a list; How does it feel, what is the temperature difference, how firm is the touch, how soft is each persons skin, how does that temperature difference change when held together, how does that sensation radiate out, etc., etc.. Now change the descriptions of those sensations so that they have sensual connotations to them. Then connect them, or perhaps spread them out within a brief story with some lead in information (like a Husband having been X, walks up to his Wife looking at Y), and tell us how they each are made to feel from that touch due to their relationship.

Why I bet you could fill 10 eloquent pages just describing that simple sensual act of setting a hand to your lovers mid-back...I don't even question that you can participate in this competition well.

Workshop is opened, tools are polished, raw material has been delivered. Now let see what a nice product we can deliver before closing time. OK Jeymar, get those feet and hand moving, wrack your brains out for good ideas and write a first draft to present to your co-worker and inspector. Now don't start complaining if there are corrections to make, just flow with the go... or is it go with the flow.

All this to say, we will probably be able to enter a different proposition and encourage this KAW-7, with all the talent we can muster from our not enough used brain (I'm saying this for myself and not my partner).

GREAT JOB Miss Hush!!

Good choice of themes that can be used separate or together. (I have a good idea and might do a non-entry.)

I think people will settle down after the initial worry and put up some really good stories for us to read.

As for the posting... So professional and well put together! You did an awesome job!

 

I like this KAW. Simpler than KAW-6 even though it wasn't difficult. I have my premise chosen and rough draft in my daffy mind.

oooooooooooooooook as usual I am screwed I STILL don't understand the theme about par (a pun) for the course

 

My story is well on the way. I will not have a co-writer, but an excellent editor and proofreader combined into one individual. Without writing a single word, he has directed me to understand how to elaborate my text and to add more depth to the narration.
I still have a lot of work ahead of me, but I'm confident that my entry will hold it's own.
