This is wrong because I met my fiance online 3 years ago and we've been living together happily for the last 2 1/2 of those years and if you meant just for sex, I was actually going to meet up with some guy I met online just for no strings attached sex and he backed out at the last minute. So obviously it has happened in other instances.

As for you saying the relationships I'm describing as friendships, no. Many of them led to marriage and children. If you only go after "hot" girls I'm afraid you will continue to be disappointed. Many women who are not considered attractive have a lot to offer a guy.

I think the word "feminist" has many negative connotations these days. Too many females use the banner to demand better rights than males, or as a staging post to declare how much they loathe males because they've had a bad experience with one, or a even a couple.

On the other hand, the author of this thread could be seen as the male equivalent to these modern day feminists in the way he denounces all females because of his own personal experiences.

Feminism is, I believe, a platform to publicise the discrepancy in the rights of the males and those of females. Those who use it as a platform for self-elevation are no better than those who have kept females as the largest socially excluded group in the world.

Whenever anyone complains about discrimination I want to know if the person has been discriminated against for race or sex alone, or for what correlates with race or sex. Blacks are more likely to be disciplined in school because they are more likely to deserve punishment. There is no reason a woman should not be a doctor or lawyer, but I think they are inappropriate for fields requiring physical strength and aggressiveness.

 

I don't support your argument.

Take the scenario of twin boys, Johnny and Jethro. Jethro had been in trouble all his school career, from his very first day. He was lazy, disruptive and rude to everyone.

Somebody lets off a stink bomb in the classroom before the teacher arrives. Nobody owns up to it, but everyone claims it was one of the twins. Which twin would automatically get the blame? It doesn't matter if, after some investigation, it turns out that it was Johnny who let off the bomb, because the teacher has already made up their mind who is guilty.

Jethro may then decide it's not worth being good, if he's going to be accused anyway, and he will act as others expect him to act.

It's the same with blacks. We expect them not to achieve, not to perform as well as whites, etc. Nor do we expect them to behave, so they are watched with a degree of suspicion.

As to your second point, about females not being physically or aggressively on a par with males, that is the argument males make repeatedly to alienate females from trying to achieve.

It may take more concentration, more hard work on the female's part, but we can be as naturally physically fit and aggressive as any male.

 

That may be the nicest way any of us have ever disagreed with DL on matters of race.

Actually liberals keep expecting blacks to perform as well as whites, and they keep spending large sums of money on programs to bring them up to scratch. These programs keep failing for reasons practically everyone privately understands, but the charade continues.

The reason we expect blacks to misbehave is because so many of them do. The stereotype is an over generalization, but an over generalization of the way things are, and the way things always have been.

Liberals talk the talk about racial equality, but they behave as though they agree with George Wallace. They avoid black neighborhoods, especially after dark, and they do not send their children to black public schools, even when those schools are well financed, as the DC public schools are.

 

On race or any other subject I am flamed because I cannot be refuted. My opinions are valid because they are based on conclusions logically drawn from well documented facts.

 

What you're saying is that there is still a massive amount of segregation going on in America, so it's not surprising that blacks are behaving and accomplishing only as well and as much as their white masters expect.

 

No DL, you just automatically reject the refutation. It's not an uncommon syndrome.
