Shooter was organizing files and came across his blood tests from before he had surgery and changed his diet, and his most recent one.
Before;
Cholesterol; 245

The key difference in Shooter's world between the before and after is the low dose Statin taken to curb Cholesterol, and the almost total elimination of meat of any kind from his diet. No red meat. No chicken. No fish. No veal. No pork. No meat. Shooter still eats eggs and dairy; this is not a vegetarian thing, its a no meat thing.

He used to eat bacon a couple times a week. Hasn't had bacon for a month, and the last time he did the bacon sort of "rode up" on him; upset his stomach.

So anyway, yeah, bacon good, tasty and all. But, like all "good things" it can kill you.

So sorry to be the one pooping on the parade, but all y'all need to think about your heart, and what that fat does to your veins and arteries after it gives you a few moments of pleasure on the tongue.
