It is not the stars it is hockey.......playing against a playoff baseball team and the cowboys......hell it just now turned 60 degrees.....the river freezes about once every 40 years....not much hockey around here....

I understand that and actually commented in my thread about hockey yesterday that a city that has an NHL team should at least have snow as well.

That kills me ......... the announcer just commented that it is only 48 degrees but feels like 40 with the wind chill and went on to say its so cold.

Hell we wear shorts in weather half that warm in Canada most days, lol.

But get this....last game of the rangers and Detroit.....TV ratings local not as high as the losing Cowboys...LOL Football Town....

 

Guaranteed ........ the Cowboys are the draw for sure. I love my Cowboys.

game is early but other than a bet on the rangers I have...Cards were my childhood dream team.....best of both worlds for me...I can't lose...

 

That's always a bonus huh. Both teams deserve to be here and a bet either way isn't a bad way to throw away money, lol. I have the kind of luck that the team that I bet on always fucks up for me which means that Texas should end up taking the Series.

 

Vegas futures bets...I already won the one on the American League Champs...6 to 1 bet this summer in july.....now the World series bet last Dec for 15 to 1.....

 

Smart. Futures bets are a good way to stretch your dollar and get some long odds that come in nicely if you are firm with your choice.

I have a piece of a football book and have some serious longshots that can still come in and that would be hilarious if they did ....... expensive but funny none the less.

 

When I am having a winning day and been drinking too much I just sling a little money at some long shots....hit the rangers last year for the pennant also at 23 to 1....did not bet them in the WS....never have cashed one on the cowboys.....I am beginning to think anyone who bets the cowboys needs to have their head examined...

Never dreamed the Cowboys would play the Patriots so close.

I really need to plan my Fall Vegas trips when the Cowboys are on a bye week so there is no way I can bet them.
