A leader in conservative men’s club the Proud Boys was allegedly shot by a member of the far-left group Antifa. According to city officials, Tusitala “Tiny” Toese was shot in the foot on Saturday in Olympia, Washington during an anti-mask and forced vaccination protest.

Antifa planned to disrupt the demonstration in their usual fashion, but were met by Proud Boys serving as bodyguards for those attending the event. City Manager Jay Burney released a statement, in which he said a verbal altercation erupted before several shots were fired by an unknown member of Antifa.

Larry Elder rips media, Democrats' silence on egg assault: 'If I were a Democrat, it would be a hate crime'
Los Angeles Rep. Maxine Waters did not respond to 'Tucker Carlson Tonight's' request for comment on the incident in her city.

California gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder reacted Thursday to an encounter while campaigning in Los Angeles with a woman wearing a gorilla mask who threw an egg at his head and later slapped the Republican's security personnel in the face.

On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," host Jesse Watters noted the woman, who is White, attacked Elder, who is Black, and asked the candidate and South Los Angeles native about the incident.

"She might be one of the 20,000 people that were released early from our prisons; felons, many of whom were violent offenders under this governor, I don't know. We have two soft-on-crime DA's," Elder said.

    [IMG]Video
Elder called the scene "angry and ugly," and noted that if he were a Democrat, the incident would "be called systematic racism," or a "hate crime."

The California candidate added that he doesn't like to delve into identity politics in that way, but was simply pointing out what he called the hypocrisy of the left on the matter.

He added that the media has tried to avoid even identifying him as Black or as the potentially-first-Black-governor of California; should Newsom lose his recall and Elder win the replacement vote.

He pointed to a New York Times profile of new New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, remarking that it noted she is the first woman to lead the Empire State – but chose also to write a "negative" piece about him while avoiding talk of his similarly commemorative occasion.

Elder reiterated he doesn't want people to vote for him based on race, but noted that the Times appeared to inordinately celebrate Hochul, given the fact she was not elected and simply ascended to the top spot in Albany because of the resignation of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.

"So they cared about ‘the first’ when it was a female Democrat but didn’t give a rip about when it was a first Black Republican," he said.

Watters later remarked he believes the gorilla-masked assailant committed a hate crime, and that his producers reached out to Newsom, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Los Angeles' Rep. Maxine Waters asking for condemnation or comment but had not received a response.

Elder lamented the disparate treatment, noting his campaign strongly condemned the criticism of Newsom's children when they were seen maskless at a summer camp.

"But the governor has not put out a statement about this White woman, apparently White woman, wearing a gorilla mask throwing an egg at me. I don’t expect this because all these people coming in, Joe Biden has made a statement, Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama has got a commercial and nobody has uttered the following words: ‘Gavin Newsom has done a good job for the people of California’. You won’t hear that because he hasn’t."

Elder noted that he has however gotten support from a top California Democrat, Gloria Romero.

Romero, a former State Senate majority leader from Barstow, crossed party lines to endorse his bid. Elder said his school choice platform resonated with the once-powerful Democratic ex-lawmaker.

The domestic terror group (BLM) is at it again with their violence, hate and stupidity....

Black Lives Matter chapter to protest in support of Texas tourists accused of assaulting NYC hostess
BLM Greater NY claims vaccine passport 'will be used to keep Black people out of spaces'

The Black Lives Matter (BLM) Greater New York chapter plans to protest Monday evening outside a Manhattan restaurant in support of the women accused of attacking a hostess who demanded they show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination.

The group and its founder have been promoting the hashtags #CancelCarmines and #ProtectBlackWomen ahead of a protest and press conference to take place at 5 p.m. outside Carmine’s Italian restaurant in the Upper West Side.

It’s where police said a 24-year-old hostess was assaulted Thursday by three Black female tourists from Texas after the hostess requested to see their COVID-19 vaccine card. Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin, 44, Tyonnie Keshay Rankin, 21, and Sally Rechelle Lewis, 49, were arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief.

    https://twitter.com/HardingReports/...protest-texas-tourists-assaulting-nyc-hostess

On Saturday, lawyers for both Carmine’s and the women clarified that the three women had, in fact, provided proof of vaccinations and were seated inside and that the altercation began after two men who joined their party several minutes later were unable to provide proof, the New York Times reported.

Justin Moore, a lawyer who represents Nkeenge Rankin, accused the hostess of using a racial slur and also assaulting the women, calling the altercation "mutual combat."

Carmine’s has denied race played any factor in the incident.

BLM Greater New York is taking the side of the arrested women, arguing that the COVID-19 vaccine, which is mandated for dining indoors in New York City, is being used as a political tool against Black people.

"I believe that this New York City vaccine passport will be used to keep Black people out of spaces, and if we don’t stop it now then the police will use it as an excuse to harass and arrest our people," a group spokesman told Fox News in a statement.

The group said they want the charges dropped against the three women and for Carmine's "to pay for promoting a false narrative and creating fake news reports."

A Carmine’s spokesperson told Fox News Monday that the restaurant is open for business as usual.

"Last week’s violence against our staff had nothing to do with race, despite a Texas criminal defense lawyer’s false assertions to the contrary," Carmine's said in a statement.

"Three of our hosts who are respectively Black, Latinx, and Asian American women did their best to welcome a large party while enforcing New York’s vaccination requirement for indoor dining. We require that every guest show evidence of vaccination to eat inside. Unfortunately, some male members of the party were unable to provide vaccination proof and so could not enter the restaurant. Three female guests in the party who had shown proof of vaccination and been welcomed into the restaurant without issue then launched an entirely unprovoked, brutal attack on our hosts, one of whom continues to suffer from a concussion."

"None of the attackers offered any reason for their attack. None of the hosts – all of whom are people of color – uttered a racial slur," the statement continued. "None of the attackers mentioned anything about race to our managers, staff, or the police who arrested them, and the Texas criminal defense lawyer’s false assertion otherwise is a deeply cynical ploy to try to excuse wanton violence. "

Oh but don't blame the Democrats that have been in control of Chicago for the last 100 years....

Chicago weekend violence includes 56 shooting victims, 9 murders and alderman attacked at 'problem corner'
Chicago Alderman James Cappleman says he was attacked by group of repeat offenders

Chicago’s weekend bloodshed included nine murders and 56 shooting victims – but the violence didn’t stop there, as an alderman visiting a known "problem corner" was assaulted by a group of men who appeared intoxicated and high on illicit drugs.

From 6 p.m. Friday to just before midnight Sunday night, Chicago police recorded 46 shooting incidents, involving 56 victims. Nine murders were recorded during that time.

A 3-year-old boy was among the shooting victims. The child was shot in the back at 10:45 a.m. Saturday in the 9300 block of South Escanaba Avenue on the South Side in what police believe to be an accident, the Chicago Sun Times reported. The child was hospitalized in good condition.

The most gun violence happened within a four-hour time frame Saturday morning when five people were killed. Among them were two men, 34-year-old Charles Jackson Jr. and a yet-to-be identified 29-year-old victim, who were struck and killed in a drive-by shooting in Lawndale on the West Side. Police said someone in a red vehicle at about 12:15 a.m. opened fire in the 1900 block of South Saint Louis Avenue.

There was also an officer-involved shooting at 10:55 a.m. Sunday, as Chicago police responded to a "domestic disturbance" in the 6500 block of South Harvard. Responding officers encountered a male armed with a knife, and an officer discharged his service weapon, striking a 28-year-old man, who later died. The officers involved were placed on routine administrative duty pending further investigation.

On Saturday night, Alderman James Cappleman of the 46th Ward "was the victim of a battery" in the 4700 block of North Racine in Chicago police’s 9th District – Town Hall, police spokesman Tom Ahern confirmed in a tweet. Ahern said the alderman refused medical treatment, and a suspect was taken into custody as charges are pending. No other information was released as Area 3 detectives investigate.

Speaking to the Chicago Tribune, Cappleman described how he was put in a headlock and struck repeatedly with a piece of a broken table after coming to the corner of Racine and Leland avenues, where young families have complained to him about a disruptive group that has spent the past few weeks gathering outside on upside garbage cans turned into seats drinking and doing drugs.

"In the past two weeks, it’s just gotten out of control again. And the problem is when you can get them to leave one corner they just go to the next corner," Cappleman said. "I talked to this guy and I said, ‘This can’t keep going on. Residents are rightly upset about this.’ They are out there just drinking nonstop and drugging and that kind of stuff. It’s caused a lot of concern to the community."

He’s growing frustrated about those struggling with addiction, as offenders arrested by police officers are often just released back on the streets.

"We’re going to see what we can do to get this guy this help. But how do you help someone who is refusing help to address their addiction?" he said. "I know it’s not just arresting them because arrests don’t always matter. When you’re released from Cook County Jail, you go right back to the streets."

Cappleman said he’s visited the area periodically to collect information before calling police. He said his husband, Richard, had come to the corner earlier Saturday to remove the garbage cans. Cappleman removed a table that was sitting in the middle of the sidewalk and turned around the corner when he was met by a group of at least eight men lying on the ground. One noticed the table, and at least three of the men then attacked Capplemen, who was placed in a headlock and struck with a blunt force object believed to be a piece of the table, which broke in half during the melee.

"He could’ve had a knife," Cappleman said. "That’s not the way I want to die."

Cappleman said he recognized the men from prior arrests in the neighborhood.

"We can’t arrest ourselves out of this," Cappleman said. "For most humans, for most living creatures, we respond to negative and positive reinforcement. It can’t be all negative, but it can’t be all positive. We have to find that right balance. And we know we’ve found the right balance when it produces the intended result. For this guy, we’ve not found that right balance."

Because Cappleman is a public servant who was carrying out duties related to his job, the assailants could face a felony charge, according to the Tribune.

Go back and look at the case, it was the nra that filed the complaint.

And I'm sure there is really no difference between the violence in the country. You just hear more about big cities. How many crimes in the sticks go unreported?

Philadelphia officials ‘outraged’ as Democrat-run city surpasses 400 homicides amid calls for more police
DA Larry Krasner says just 29% of homicides, 15% of nonfatal shootings result in arrests
    [IMG]
    9/27/2021

As Philadelphia surpassed 400 homicides so far this year, one city councilmember is calling for more police officers and more funding in the Democrat-controlled city riddled with gun violence.

"It's way out of control," Cindy Bass, who represents the 8th District, told WPVI-TV. "Stop the bleeding. Get cops on the ground now, get more money and resources than what we're spending now."

After at least four people were killed and another 10 were wounded across the City of Brotherly Love over the weekend, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is expected to address Philadelphia’s grim new milestone at a press conference at 11 a.m. Monday.

Mayor Jim Kenney, who has been in office since January 2016, said Sunday he plans to announce additional grassroots organizations this week to benefit from the $155.7 million in funding reserved to reduce and prevent violence.

Just 29% of homicides and 15% of nonfatal shootings result in arrests, Krasner said in a statement Sunday, arguing to "absolutely restructure institutions so that violence prevention is a true priority."

"I am heartbroken and outraged that we’ve lost more than 400 Philadelphians to preventable violence this year," Kenney also wrote Sunday. "My heart goes out to all families suffering from enormous grief. Our administration continues to act with urgency to reduce violence and save lives."

Philadelphia Police "is making arrests and taking a record number of illegal firearms off our streets, but they need the public’s help," the mayor said, urging anyone with information about a crime to report it to 215-686-TIPS, "so we can prevent the senseless shootings that are tearing our communities apart."

"I know most Philadelphians are rightfully outraged and frustrated by our city's rise in violence," Kenney continued. "Please know, our administration takes this crisis very seriously. We are committed to working with all of our criminal justice & community partners to create a safer city for us all."

In her own statement, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said she was "devastated by the rising homicide rate in our city this year, which has sadly surpassed 400 murders. These are hundreds of people that have had their lives taken from them; families that have been left traumatized, and entire communities that have been torn apart."

"Our department continues to make a record number of crime gun confiscations, and a record number of arrests of the individuals in possession of them," the commissioner continued. "However, this is not nearly enough. We will continue to work with our law enforcement and community partners to bring to justice those who seek to cause harm to our beautiful city and its people."

Krasner said restructuring institutions means "taking advantage of forensic technologies to solve shootings that are not captured on camera or for which there are no available eyewitnesses" and "shoring up training and staffing for homicide and non-fatal shooting investigations." He also stressed the arrests following shootings would show "greater accountability to the public, so that there is more trust among community members and potential witnesses in the police and criminal justice system."

"We should all be outraged that senseless, preventable violence continues to claim and break lives here in Philadelphia and in communities across the country that are also experiencing alarming increases in gun violence," he said in his statement obtained by Fox 29. "We have seen cycles of increased homicides before, and we have more research and data than ever on which to formulate solutions."

Joining hundreds who gathered at Vernon Park Saturday to address the rising violence, Patricia Griffin, whose son, Darien, was shot and killed in Philadelphia in 2003, spoke about ending the "no snitch" mindset that encourages residents not to report violent offenders to the police.

"We need to start believing that people's lives matter, nobody has the right to take a life," she told WPVI-TV.

Been gun control laws sense 1934...a very high percentage of those laws have never stopped anyone from killing anyone...so tell me sugarplum...what exactly would be a ''meaningful gun control law'' that would be affective in stopping someone from killing another?...

The mayor of Rochester, New York declared a state of emergency due to the ongoing gun violence throughout the city.

Mayor Lovely Warren made the emergency declaration on Friday, citing “unprecedented levels of gun violence” in Rochester and later vowing to address the issue in a “holistic” manner. The move comes after three more homicides occurred on Thursday, marking the 71st homicide this year to date.

The declaration will bring additional resources to the city’s police department to help identify and arrest perpetrators of gun violence.

“The idea is to hold people accountable for their actions without casting a wide net,” said Interim Rochester Police Chief David Smith. “This is not a zero-tolerance measure, but an expansion of our surgical efforts to identify and arrest known violent offenders in our community.”

City officials have asked residents to get involved and report any illegal activity in their communities while the city grapples with the surging violence throughout the region.

Took 71 murders for this 'novel concept' of holding folks accountable?

Death Threats Have Already Begun Rolling In for the Judge of the Rittenhouse Trial, Including to His Children
    [IMG]

Kyle Rittenhouse has been on trial under claims by the left that he’s a dangerous, violent psychopath and a white supremacist, yet for a lot of people who want to see him locked up because he’s a danger to society the people who are against him seem to be quite okay with threatening violence against innocents to get their way.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Judge Bruce Schroeder has received a number of death threats, including wishes of death on his kids. The Mail said it reviewed “hundreds of offensive communications” sent to Schroeder, many containing basic insults and accusations of being racist, while others go much further:
Among the most disturbing messages to the judge was one that threatens the lives of the judge’s children, promises ‘pay back,’ and states that Rittenhouse ‘won’t live long’ if acquitted.

The email, much of which is too offensive to reproduce, states the hope that one day Judge Schroeder’s ‘kids become victims to the most heinous homicide known to man so he feels the pain an [sic]we will call his kids not victims but b******s.’

Another threatened that this term of Schroeders will be his last as a judge.

“Enjoy your term, judge, it’s going to be your LAST. If I ever meet you in person, I fully intend to spit directly into your face, regardless the cost. You’re disgusting,” the letter reads.

Ahmaud Arbery case: Black armed militias gathered outside the courthouse, issue warning
The New Black Panthers, BLM 757 and Judah Armed Forces organized the march that featured a dummy corpse inside a coffin

Black armed militias rallied outside the Georgia courthouse Monday where three White men are on trial for the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed Black man – and a New Black Panther leader issued a warning.

"Ya'll are in serious trouble because the wrath of karma is coming on America," said a man who identified himself as the supreme commander of the New Black Panther militia. "We're not taking it no more."

As prosecutors and defense lawyers delivered their closing statements, dozens of members of BLM 757, Lion of Judah Armed Forces and the New Black Panther Party marched outside the Glynn County Courthouse.

The Southern Poverty Law Center has called the New Black Panther Party a "virulently racist and antisemitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against Whites, Jews and law enforcement."

One of the two protesters arrested outside the Kenosha courthouse – the man seen wearing a "F--- Kyle" T-shirt as officers took him into custody – is facing charges related to bail jumping, meaning he has a prior criminal record, Fox News Digital has learned.

The jury in the trial for Kyle Rittenhouse is expected to enter a third day of deliberation Thursday.

The 20-year-old male suspect, Anthony Chacon, has been charged with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, battery, resisting and disorderly conduct, Sgt. David Wright, a spokesman for the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department, confirmed to Fox News Digital.

Wisconsin court records show two open cases for someone matching Anthony Chacon's name and age – one from Sept. 2020 for domestic abuse and disorderly conduct, and a second from Jan. 2021 for substantial battery-intend bodily harm, party to a crime and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Kenosha County assistant District Attorney Jessica Krejcarek, who is listed as the prosecutor handling those cases, provided copies of the two criminal complaints Thursday. The Sept. 2020 charges came after a woman visiting family in the area dialed 911 to report seeing Chacon and his live-in girlfriend outside on the lawn a few houses down, both carrying knives. The woman told police Chacon had also thrown the girlfriend down the stairs after they both reentered the house. Chacon had visible injuries when officers questioned him, the complaint says.

The Jan. 2021 filing stemmed from an incident in December in which Chacon and a friend allegedly attacked Chacon's cousin as he walked home from work and smashed his phone. They targeted him because the cousin allegedly texted the friend's pregnant girlfriend to try to have sex with her, according to the complaint. They also were angry that the victim had nude photos of the friend's 13-year-old cousin. Investigators said the girl had sent photos of herself to the 19-year-old victim, who blocked her after finding out she was underage. Both cases are still pending.

A Fox News Digital reporter on Wednesday witnessed Chacon, who was wearing a "F--- Kyle" black T-shirt, body-slamming a reporter, attacking a counter-protester and slapping multiple cameras before being arrested.

A second suspect arrested Wednesday, 34-year-old Shaquita Cornelious, is facing charges of resisting, disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana, Wright added.

Fox News examined what appears to be Cornelious' Facebook page, where she describes herself as the co-chairman of the Black Lives Matter of Lake County, Illinois.

In first announcing the arrests Wednesday, the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department released a statement on social media saying "law enforcement needed to deploy several officers to keep crowds of citizens and media from interfering."

Wright continued, "The Kenosha Sheriff’s Department and the Kenosha Police Department fully recognized the importance of media coverage surrounding the trial. The media and the public have a responsibility to give space to law enforcement and allow them to perform their duties. Please do so."
