So this brainiac and his infinity wisdom knew well enough to turn his body cam on BUT what he didn't know is that as soon as you turn it on it automatically records the 30 seconds previous to it being turned on. This is due to it always monitoring but only recording once activated, which btw (allegedly) makes them hackable in case anyone wants to fuck some cops up in return.

Anyway I'm getting off topic and what that magical 30 seconds of footage show is the officer planting the drugs while the other two cops watch the entire thing and then they leave the area, turn on the camera and the cop is heard saying "I am going to go check over here" and by some miracle he walks straight to the spot he planted the drugs and low and behold he actually finds them.

They are all suspending pending dismissal and charges ... the victim had the charges dropped.

Don't believe me, first off you are an idiot and secondly here is the entire incident. Pay attention to the "silent part", that is the 30 seconds the cop never knew about and as soon as he turns the camera on the sound starts ...

 

Also one thing that my keen eye noticed that I don't think was mentioned is that he wasn't wearing gloves so the evidence is tainted in the first place BUT would have been his excuse as to why only his prints are on the drug bag ... the suspect never had any gloves on his person when arrested and none were recovered at the scene so how does that work that his prints aren't on the bag, which would have come out at trial with even a shit legal aid lawyer.

 

It's Baltimore. There's not enough crime, so the cops need to make some up. I'm curious how much was in the bag before the cops arrived on the scene. You didn't really think that was powdered sugar on their shirts?

 

Shit like this bodes badly for ALL cops and yes it is the sewer of America but people are losing confidence in police rapidly and the respect that some deserve is missing due to suspicion when they hear and see things like this.

I am surprised that more people haven't weighed in on this ... or is this another "clarise moment" where "who fucking cares" ???

If you have ever fallen victim to crooked cops, this is a big deal ...

And NO vigilante justice is not overrated .... BUT make sure the target deserves it.

 

These cops should be charged not only with planting evidence, they should also be charged with drug possession with intent to deliver.

I think these men need to get life in prison without the possibility of parole. They are clearly a danger to society and they have no problem with ruining some innocent person's life.

You know what, I would even consider capital punishment for crimes like this.

I may have oversimplified it with the "innocent" term and I'm sure the victim here is no saint but this is an extreme method of getting a fuckup off the street and it backfired huge.

 

I just don't believe in housing and feeding criminals that are a danger to society. I think the police should be held to a higher standard when it comes to criminal behavior. That goes for Judges too.

Anyone entrusted with enforcing the law and handing out justice should be dealt with on a much stricter level than the average person.

I agree 100% on the higher standard comment but life in prison will suffice and did you know it is more expensive to put a person to death than to house them for life ??? That is taking into account the legal costs and the higher healthcare costs among other things ...

What's so hard to figure out. A certain percentage of people suck at their jobs. Cops aren't the only ones who fail. It is just that their failures can be deadly or unjust. Ever got a shit meal, doesn't mean all cooks suck. Ever have a failed auto repair, doesn't mean all mechanics suck...
