I (Chris) was brought up by my parents, my father worked as a delivery driver while my mother stayed at home..They were NOT rich or wealthy, in fact until I got a place of my own, our home was a 40ft residential mobile home (caravan)..In a village about 2 miles north of Gloucester, though I was born in Bristol and lived in Bristol until just before my 3rd birthday..
(I was born in 1963 and left home just after my 21st birthday, I started work when I was 16yrs. old)

I did not got through the normal state schooling but, from the age of 10 until I was 16, my school was a single sex boarding school..
At home, because of my mothers migraine head-aches, we DID NOT have a colour television. My father DID NOT own a car until the last year I was at school..There was NO telephone in the caravan, but we lived and found things to do..

Now some people may not be able to live without their mobile-phone or the internet, but I have managed to do just that and I have a mechanical engineering apprenticeship (Centre-Lathe).
Life is what you make of it, EVERYONE has to take responsibilty for their own choices and decisions in their life. I knew that the school I went to ONLY did C.S.E. exams and not O or A Level's, so I made the best choices about my future within the limits that were imposed.

Some people MAY NOT consider me very interesting because of my back-ground, but I have worked in Portugal and Poland. I am now living in a different country to which I was born in and I am learning a new language. But best of all, and more importantly, I am happily married and in August it will be my 18th wedding anniversary..

I DO NOT need some jumped-up little pre-pubescent boy to tell me that, he knows more about my life than I do. If this pre-pubescent boy wants to claim that I am bull-shitting about anything, then maybe he should post his evidence..

Everyone's life is different, everyone's up-bringing is different, everyone's circumstances are different. YOU cannot possibly claim to KNOW anything about anyone else's life, because YOU are NOT there and YOU are NOT part of their life..
