Watching a 5 year old stomp and puddles for the 1st time really stomp, puddles so big he is almost swimming!

 

At first it disgusted me for doing it but later, after seeing it didn't kill me I smiled. One never knows the outcome after eating a salad. Will I do it again? No way, I'm not pushing my luck.

 

Just walked out on my patio . There so many Whippoorwills singing . Singing. And one real big Owl . It’s 35 degrees out . Making love is going to be schilling experience tonight lol

I always get to work way earlier than I have to , Just to catch the special things that happen on a job like I’m on now. .I love the swamp , Swamps Are the coolest places on earth . Life abounds , Took some pictures of the lake , When I was done a bald eagle comes gliding over my head . What makes me smile is , To see a bald eagle most of my life was so rare in the state of New Jersey . Now I see them Quite often . And I know where are three eagles Nest are . The way Any eagle flies is so different than other birds or Hawk’s . They are so majestic . Pictures of the lake are in good morning thread , I hope everyone has a beautiful day. I was talking about motorcycles with someone and I remembered the one and only time I’ve been on one. I was at work and needed a ride home, and one of the guys there offered to take me home on his bike. But I was in a miniskirt. So I got behind him, but my skirt rode all the way up, so my legs all the way up to my ass were exposed. And for some reason it took him way longer to get me home than it should have lol.

Water heater needed to be replaced. Got that done. Entire morning gone lol.

 

Woke up to it pouring rain which is always worthy of a smile but quickly frowned when it dawned on me the sound of the rain was reminding me that my bladder was full. Took care of that bladder problem, went back to bed and the smile returned.

I went out to the store to get some stuff and when I came home my kid had washed the kitchen floor all by himself, without me asking him to, for the very first time. He was so proud, the look on his face made me smile. Oh my heart ♥️

Kiwi ingenuity.
We're used to it all around us.
Like all the graphics you see on sports programs nowadays , and for the last few decades.
Not many realise they started with a few kiwi no.8 wire experts ,
figuring out how to add explanetary graphics to the America's Cup .

After the Christchurch earthquake a kiwi skifield operator saw a need he figured he could fix .
He did.
He adapted their snowmaking machines so they could be used to wash down buildings to remove dust ,
and so they could be used for dust suppression during reconstruction.

Now , he has readapted the same machines to be used for area disinfection during covid.

Great adaption ,
and at little cost , as there's heaps of the machines around , that are only normally needed for a few months a year ,
and then really only to keep the kids areas and lower access trails covered .
