FUCKING hate the stages bullshit though and they need to get back to racing and not points accumulation ...

The people that earn their money in a race like this are the "spotters".

Danica Patrick is holding her own running 9th right now but plenty of time left to fuck that up ... 64 laps left.

 

Red Flag, had a major malfunction as they try to get a car back to the shiny side up ... Allmendinger is OK.

What a fucking mess this crash is though ... that ends a few drivers race today. About 12 cars managed to avoid the wreck.

 

The spotters may well have saved a few lives in this wreck directing their drivers through smoke but Danica Patrick was guided head first right into the wall by her spotter.

Thank Allmendinger for this mess as he bumped (pitted) Chase Elliot and caused him to spin and the rest is history. Elliot was airborn for almost half a straight a way and was underside down for a period while airborn, talk about a fucking ride ...

As a trailing driver you need to check up slightly in a turn so you don't do shit like this ... NO FUCKING RESPECT.

 

I stand corrected on this earlier post, I heard the spotter guiding her low and she did an interview and admitted she didn't listen to or trust the advice she was given and she actually is responsible for driving into another car taking out her entire front end ... stunned cunt thought she knew better than a guy that could see it all happening from above. Always trust your spotters people ...

 

Under a red flag you are not allowed to work on any part of a vehicle until you go back to yellow or white. You also need to stop your engine ...

Stenhouse Jr takes Talladega in a hard fought race and these guys earned their money today just finishing ...

4 wide coming out of turn 4 and Stenhouse blocked 3 rows of cars to cross the finish line.

 

Stenhouse got his first win in the Cup series today. He's been racing in this series since 2011 with 154 starts.

Stenhouse's girlfriend, Danica Patrick, is definitely going to get her brains fucked out big time tonight in celebration. She may not even be able to race next week. We'll have to wait and see.

 

She wasn't able to race this or most other weekends either LOL. She is a figurehead in Nascar and had her day and should have stuck to IRL but we were glad to get rid of her there ...

 

NASCAR's Wonder Woman Car Totaled in Fiery Wreck

Danica Patrick’s Wonder Woman-branded NASCAR was engulfed in flames after getting into a wreck at the Go Bowling 400 at Kansas Speedway on Saturday. The powers of Princess Diana of Themyscira seemed to protect Patrick, who walked away unscathed, but another driver was injured in the crash.


According to Fox Sports, Patrick and Joey Logano were battling each other for 11th place when a mechanical failure (that commenters suggested was a brake rotor) exploded on Logano’s car, causing him to veer into Patrick’s car and send her crashing into the wall. Both cars were then hit by Aric Almirola.

Both Patrick and Logano walked away from the crash, but emergency personnel struggled for 15 minutes to extract Almirola from his car, eventually cutting the top off to get him into an ambulance. He was taken to the hospital, and it’s since been reported that he has a compression fracture in his back. Almirola has an exhibition race coming up on May 20, but it’s unknown if he’ll be fit to drive it. Luckily, if he drops out, it won’t affect his standing in the championship.

 

Team: Almirola suffered compression fracture, released from hospital
Richard Petty Motorsports driver Aric Almirola suffered a compression fracture to his T5 vertebra in Saturday night’s three-car wreck at Kansas Speedway. The driver is mobile, though, and has been released from a Kansas-area hospital.

Almirola was airlifted to the hospital after a Lap 199 incident which saw something break in Joey Logano’s car, sending his No. 22 Ford hard into Danica Patrick’s No. 10 Ford. Both cars smacked the outside wall, and Almirola couldn’t slow and plowed into Logano’s car.

Almirola immediately dropped his window net after the wreck, signaling he was OK, but was extricated from his car and placed onto a headboard. He is scheduled to fly back to North Carolina on Sunday.

The T5 vertebra is in the middle of the back.

The team did not provide an update on how much time, if any, Almirola would miss with the injury and said further updates would be provided when available.

“Aric Almirola, driver of the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports Ford, has been released from a local Kansas hospital and will fly back to his home in Mooresville, N.C. today.

Almirola suffered a compression fracture to his T5 Vertebra after a multi-car accident at Kansas Speedway Saturday night. Almirola is mobile and will follow-up with his doctors in Charlotte.

Richard Petty Motorsports will provide further updates when available.”

 

Truex Jr took stage one and is three laps from taking stage two as well ...

 

Kyle Larson takes the checkered flag at Michigan followed by Elliot and Lagano. Truex finished 6th.

 

Alex Bowman will take over Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s car next year. Maybe he will be able to get the #88 back in victory lane.
