This is why I use scissors to cut down to about 3 or 4 millimetres.

Shaving pubic hair is like asking for ingrown hairs. Those hairs are so curly and thick.

 

I'll probably get bashed for this advice, but as long as you're careful it's probably okay to use Nair or some other hair removal stuff down there, at least for guys. I've done it a few times to keep things maintained and it works fine, it's just skin. Just keep the stuff of your head and be careful. As far as ingrown hairs, I'm sure some people are just more susceptible than others and shaving carefully should avoid the problem. Do your future partners a favor and keep it groomed.

 

Ugh...same thing happened to me. I had this one ingrown...and it got infected and I even went to the extent of going to the doctors. Was embarrasing as hell when they told me it was an ingrown. I get horrid ingrows when I shave, so now I wax. Never looked back...I can't even put a razer to my skin. I've become a waxing addict.

 

Shaving balls has never gone well, for me. As said in an earlier post, I have also nicked my balls with a trimmer. Blood from scrotum, no matter how small a quantity, is an unpleasant experience.

I only get ingrowns between stomach and cock...and thats onl when I go a while without shaving. If you keep it trimmed, and like someone else mentioned, exfoliate every time you shower, you should be good to go. The first few times sucked as it was very new to the skin and hair, LOTS of ingrowns, but never on the cock or balls. Trimmer on the sack??? I learned on the VERY first stroke...never again. If I slip up and don't shave for a while and the hair got too long that it'll take forever with a razor, I take a comb and use it as a guide for the trimmer as so it never touches the sack. That leaves the hair about 1/8" long, where a razor can easily handle the rest.

 

Sounds like a lot of work gentlemen. I went through all that crap years ago. Use nair or other products. When using nair the trick is no more than about 4 minutes per application. Repeat once or twice a week and that's it.:wall:

 

I like to shave my balls and everything...... just feels so good especially after the shower.

 

I only just started trimming the hair around my cock and balls. Feels much better, and (as has been stated) is easier to keep clean and :rose:FRESSSH!:rose:

 

I shaved for the first time in the spring and wish I had done it years ago I think its much better and about christmas I got a pube stuck in my foreskin and it was really fucking uncomfortable.
