I too know the heartbreak of kidney problems, stones. I hope if that is the problem you pass them quickly & painlessly. If not I hope it doesn't become too serious.
Get Well & report back here asap.

 

My friend, I'm so sorry to hear of this challenge that you now find yourself facing.
I personally know that pain from the kidneys can be horrific, so I hope they are making you as comfortable as possible.
Your one of the good ones, and it seems the nicer a person is, the greater the challenges can become.

Relative to kidneys and kidney disease, something everyone needs to know.

The official level for "Kidney Disease" has been lowered over the last few years, from 1.5 in 1990 to 0.9 last year. I personally have had blood creatinine which is the thing I speak of, of 1.32 for over 20 years, and NO kidney disease symptoms, yet my doctor because of the above has written in my record that I have "stage 3 kidney disease, and wanted to give me an RX for it. After checking my 20 yr plus history, I informed him that this figure has been lowered, and I have no symptoms. I think the pharmaceuticals must have paid off the AMA or whoever sets this so they can sell more drugs.

You may know that NORMAL blood pressure was 140/80 from time immemorial, until a few years ago it was lowered to 120/65. So now everyone should take blood pressure medications too.

And statins? a study in Sweden showed that the mortality rate was increased by 6% for people over 60 that took statins; a very good reason to never take them.

I hope so too that check up on the pancreas is fine :rose: He is not able to bring himself to post here despite how much he wants too because of the stabbing pain I forgot to mention he misses everyone :rose:
