  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

And it keeps him busy trying to set straight everything Obama fucked up.
Take a look at the graphs. Look at home ownership and median family income.

From your graphs it looks like every problem was created in the Bush era. You remember him, right? Ignored warnings about Bin Laden prior to 9/11, started two wars at the same time, crashed the economy and sailed off into the sunset. A Republican, if I remember right.
Obama spent most of his administration fixing THAT mess, but you don't want to talk about that, do you. About the recovery from a near national bankruptcy, about the increased ICE enforcement, about the catching and killing of Osama. Nope. Never happened, right? About the institutional obsession the Repubicans developed to get that Black guy out of the white man's House. The meeting between House and Senate Republicans to oppose everything Obama proposed, even if it was Mitt Romney's own health plan going national.
Never happened. Can't remember. Don't wanna talk about it. Uh- uh, no.

Oh, now hold on a second.
Just hold on one damn second.
First, if we're going to start holding people accountable for shit that happened before or after they were in office, lets talk about Clinton getting blow jobs in the oval office while Bin Laden was blowing up our embassies and what not. Clinton had 3 years to address Bin Laden, Bush had less than 9 months.
And lets talk about the world wide support for invading Iraq.
And lets talk about the housing crisis starting with a Democratic congress forcing mortgage companies to accept sub prime loans.
Oh, we can lay blame all over the place.

      Doesn't fix the problem.

      No matter. 2018 approaches.

A perfectly valid point I have made myself in other places. The past is what it is. Mistakes were made on both sides, rarely maliciously. The failures of the past are a poor reason to continue feuding into the future, though. Our current problems are what must be faced and dealt with in ways that, as best we can manage, do no harm. That is a far cry from the way they are currently Being dealt with and the primary source of my ire toward BOTH of the major political parties.

U.S. failure to retaliate for USS Cole attack rankled then; and now

'Rock solid' evidence, no retaliation - US news - Security | NBC News'

Newly declassified documents show the frustrations of top White House counterterrorism officials over the U.S. failure to respond to al-Qaida’s October 2000 bombing of the USS Cole despite evidence that Osama bin Laden was reading poetry about the murderous attack and publicly taking credit for it.

State Dept. Says It Warned About bin Laden in 1996

State Department analysts warned the Clinton administration in July 1996 that Osama bin Laden's move to Afghanistan would give him an even more dangerous haven as he sought to expand radical Islam "well beyond the Middle East," but the government chose not to deter the move, newly declassified documents show.

In what would prove a prescient warning, the State Department intelligence analysts said in a top-secret assessment on Mr. bin Laden that summer that "his prolonged stay in Afghanistan -- where hundreds of 'Arab mujahedeen' receive terrorist training and key extremist leaders often congregate -- could prove more dangerous to U.S. interests in the long run than his three-year liaison with Khartoum," in Sudan.

Bill Clinton: 'I could have killed' Osama bin Laden in 1998

A day before Sept. 11, 2001, former President Bill Clinton told an audience that he could have had Osama bin Laden killed, but chose not to, because an attack could have endangered innocent women and children in Afghanistan.

Speaking to businessmen in Australia, Clinton said he had a shot at Bin Laden, whose Al Qaeda organization would launch attacks the next day that left about 3,000 dead at the World Trade Center, Washington, D.C. and in western Pennsylvania.

“I’m just saying, you know, if I were Osama bin Laden ... He’s a very smart guy. I spent a lot of time thinking about him. And I nearly got him once,” Clinton said in the audio recording from the meeting, according to a Sky News Australia report this week.

    Damn you, George W. Bush!

So... When, on August 6th, 2011, George W. Bush received a national security briefing paper entitled "Bin Laden determined to strike in US", and shrugged and went on vacation, he was really johnny-on-the-spot with a strongly coordinated plan to respond to any threat Bin Laden might pose and actually caught and killed that bad guy Clinton missed... Um.. No. Didn't happen. Going back to the last Democrat doesn't erase the mistakes of the current guy in charge. It just highlights them.

And I still think Bush was ten times the President Trump will never be.

Why yes, the infamous warning that some bad characters were planning something, that might possibly involve transportation, at some point in the future, but we don't know who, or where or how..............

So 88% of Americans are supposed to subsidize 12% of low income Americans health insurance premiums with their tax money? I don't agree with that. I'm tired of government subsidies that my taxes fund. I have what I've earned. If I've wanted something, I've worked a second job to get it.

Then the next time you hear of some low income slacker being sick or having a sick child, tell them you think they should die fast and stop being a drain on the system.
    I'm sure they will understand.

Making the point that going back to the way things were be for the ACA is not the answer. And that WAS the way things were, in case you've forgotten. Finding a better way is the mandate we should be following. Not just trashing everything because of system defects. There are real lives in the balance.

No, before ACA it was not the practice to encourage the uninsured to die faster.
      But you already know that.
Which leads to why Shooter posted his comment in the first place.
Before ACA roughly 16% of the US population (40 Million people)were uninsured. Currently, roughly 12% (36 Million) are uninsured. The cost of insuring 4 Million Americans under ACA is simply not sustainable, and underscores that government should NOT be in the insurance business or have it's greedy fingers in health care.

Trump has to make deep cuts in healthcare to pay for his Healthcare secretary's obsession with burning taxpayer dollars ...

Trump's cutback-crazed health secretary loves billing private jets to the US taxpayer
Obama's cabinet secretaries flew commercial or took the train, with a few, rare exceptions that were approved at the highest level, but Trump's aptly named Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price sure loves to charter private jets and bill them to the US government.

Last week, Price chartered five jets, including flights that took off and landed at the same time as commercial flights to and from the same airport.

Price was flying to industry summits where he was discussing his policies with industry executives, which his spokesman described as "meet[ing] face to face with the American people to hear their thoughts and concerns firsthand."

Price has announced plans to cut "hundreds of billions" in spending on health and housing. He calls this making "tough choices."

    • Price and staff took a private charter that left Dulles that Wednesday at 2:26 p.m. and arrived in Waterville, Maine, at 3:37 p.m., where he then traveled to the Point Lookout resort and spent the night.

    • On Thursday, Sept. 14, Price held a fireside chat with the CEO of athenahealth at the Point Lookout resort. He then took a private jet that departed Waterville, Maine, at 11:41 a.m. and arrived in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, at 12:09 p.m. for a scheduled visit to nearby Goodwin Community Health Center.

    • Later on Thursday, Price made an announcement about grants for fighting the opioid epidemic, after which he took a private jet that left Portsmouth at 2:34 p.m. and arrived at Washington Dulles at 3:45 p.m.

    • On Sept. 15, Price, accompanied by White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, left Dulles aboard a charter at 8:27 a.m. and touched down at Philadelphia International Airport at 9:01 a.m. for a scheduled visit to Mirmont Treatment Center, a local addiction treatment facility.

    • Also on Sept. 15, Price, Conway and other staff departed Philadelphia aboard a charter plane at 12:39 p.m. and touched down at Dulles at 1:19 p.m., where the plane was met on the tarmac by two SUVs and a police escort.

The round trip to the Philadelphia airport, which is about 15 miles from Mirmont Treatment Center, where Price and Conway met with staff and patients — cost about $25,000, an official with the charter agency told POLITICO.

This is just the tip of the iceberg and this schmuck does it weekly including taking his trophy wife on shopping sprees at taxpayer expense.

Thats a load of crap....Obama inherited a majority of the issues from Bush, and I really dont think he did a horrible job getting us out of the recession, it could have been better but unemployment was at like a 10 year low when Obama left office wasnt it?

    1. msman
You have your delusional thoughts but the rest of us have to live in the real world.
Too keep the unemployment rate from going sky high Obama even started counting part time jobs as being fully employed.
When that didn't help his admin started messing with the numbers to try to put lipstick on the pig.
