    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    A couple of points: First, I UNABASHEDLY plug the PIRATES because they are MY TEAM, win or lose (although I WOULD like to see about 40 more WINS a year than I have been seeing!;))


    Second, having lived in Michigan for several years, I never got the sense of the WINGS being cocky or brazen or boorish. They have never been flashy, but a grind-it-out, working class team all along. It, in fact, was the Mario-esque Penguins that were the flashier, glamour team in the past and there is a hint of that again with the Crosby-guins.

    Pittsburgh did play very well tonight! Gotta love when a team can win at home. I know the fans are loving it!


    How about a quick statistic......

    When the home team sweeps games 1 and 2 that team has won the cup 31 times out of 32 (in the Stanley Cup Series) with the only exception being 38 years ago.

    The past often tells the future but at least the Pens will keep it interesting! ;)

    Exciting first period, but after that there were really long stretches where neither team looked like it wanted to leave with the win.

    Pens "D" really needs to step it up in the pressure department if they wanna have more chances of winning.
