Let's say you could Photoshop yourself, what would you change physically if you could re-design yourself? Many guys (including me) would obviously go for a bigger penis as their first adjustment, but what else? What type of body for example? Maybe you want to be taller, younger, skinny, muscled, etc... And how about women? Maybe you want to look like someone (famous)?

Anything is possible whether it's realistic or not. And yeah yeah, we're all happy with the way we are bla bla... But most people would still change some things if they got the chance.

I would be taller and have more hair on my head, less of a belly, I wouldnt change my face, of course a bigger dick, not looking to be a skinny muscle guy, just your average everyday looking guy.

 

I'd take off 40lb of fat and add 15lb muscle....otherwise I'm happy with everything else...even my average dick.

 

I'll also add, If I were making my dick bigger, I would also want bigger hands and feet and I want a shorter index finger compared to my ring finger.
