Important thing is for them to be firm. If they are firm and real than thats great, but if they have started sagging get them implants ASAP. There is no bigger turn off than sagging tits.

I've got the fakies and love them. Before I only had maybe an A cup, but hardly. I'm 5'5, tiny around the waist but i have a bubble butt and always felt out of proportion. I went up to a D cup which really improved my self confidence but now i've caught the bug and wondering if i should have gone a little bigger.

In the end i think it's a personal perference that a girl needs to make herself.
