If women trans gender , they change to men.
They can not grow a cock , that requires major surgery , after years of hormone therapy , and along the way , they loose thier breasts.
[that is a far to simple summary , but the basics]

These are all male to female trans , most who think like women and believe or feel they were born into the wrong body.
One big difference is , that they can achieve part of thier transition , namely develope breasts , through hormone therapy , and depending on how early they start the therapy , achieve other minor changes , such as reduced or not growing male body/facial hair.
Of course to achieve full transition , they also have to go through major surgery , which the majority never do , and not all even want to.
However , many do have breast augmentation/enhancement.
[again , a far to simple explanation , and no doubt not correct for all I'm sure]
The major point is , that no [or at least very very few] genuine female to male trans would go through the long, complicated difficult and very expensive process to get a surgically constucted cock , and still have/keep thier breasts , or dress like women.

Then , there are crossdressers , transvestites , whatever , but that's another thing , and I don't know any of them , and not relevent to your misconception.
I'd wager non of these trans girls/gurls , discounting photoshped and similar fakeing , were born with a womans body.
