You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

Immigration: Despite the FBI busting a slate of Syrian refugees with links to ISIS — including one last month living in California — the White House is quietly pushing for an increase in the number of refugees from the ISIS hotspot.

It’s as if San Bernardino and Paris never happened.

The case of the California suspect, Aws Mohammed Younis al-Jayab, who came to the U.S. as a refugee from Syria, shows how vulnerable to terrorism the refugee program leaves the nation. The 23-year-old Sacramento college student was nabbed training with ISIS in Syria and then lying about it to authorities. He faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.

The FBI charged that al-Jayab conspired with another refugee — Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, 24, an Iraqi-born refugee living in Houston — to get weapons training in ISIS-controlled Syria.

President Obama insists the screening process for Muslim refugees is sound. But the arrest of al-Jayab and others who never turned up in terrorist databases raises fresh doubts.

Even the New York Times is questioning the policy. After searching federal court documents, it found that at least 14 people who came to America as refugees from Syria, Iraq and other terrorist havens have been arrested on terrorism charges over the past two years.

It’s hardly a complete list. The administration refused to answer the Times’ queries about other refugees arrested on terror charges, claiming falsely that it was a matter of “privacy.”

It’s become abundantly clear that jihadists see the administration’s unsecure refugee program as a back door into America, and will continue to exploit it until Republicans take action to defund and end it. Exit polls show GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump’s plan to temporarily ban all foreign Muslim immigrants, not just refugees from Syria, is wildly popular with voters.

It’s also plain that the administration is turning a deaf ear to security concerns, similar to its pigheaded resolve to close down Gitmo and release dangerous terrorists despite high recidivism rates.

Already, it’s letting in more than 10,000 Syrian refugees a year, despite growing protests from governors that Washington can’t properly vet the immigrants to weed out terrorists. Now there are indications it plans to open the flood gates wider.

Last week, Obama’s assistant for immigration policy revealed plans to ramp up refugee quotas.

“We want to make sure that we can increase our numbers of refugees that are able to settle here,” Felicia Escobar said, referring to the swelling numbers of displaced Syrian and other nationals. “The need globally is so, so, so massive right now, given all the displacement and conflict around the world.”

This is suicidal. Even if Syrian and other Muslim refugees get through the State Department and Homeland Security screening processes with no red flags, it doesn’t mean they won’t be radicalized after they arrive here.

The safer route is finding them homes in Saudi Arabia and other wealthy Muslim nations who can afford to relocate them. And where they’ll feel more at home, and less angry with their host.

    1. German mobs shouted at a bus full of families to “go home”:Refugees who arrived on a bus in the Germany town of Clausnitz, Saxony were met by a mob chanting “go home” and “we are the people.” Anti-refugee sentiment has been particularly strong inGermany, after more than 1,000 drunk and aggressive young men allegedly of North African or Arab descent attacked women on New Year’s Eve in Cologne.

    2. France began clearing its largest migrant camp: Demolition squads begandismantling hutsat the Calais “jungle” camps on Monday after a judge upheld an expulsion order. The government has encouraged migrants and refugees to relocate to reception centers made from converted shipping containers, but some fear that they “will be required to claim asylum in France and give up hope of travelling to Britain,” BBCreported. The publication also reported that riot police fired tear gas after migrants threw rocks inside the camp, with 12 shacks set on fire. Demolition of the entire camp will likely continue though it’s unlikely that there are enough spaces in the converted containers for theentire population.

    3. Police on the Macedonian-Greece border fired tear gas at children: Austria and Balkan states have begun totighten their limitson border entries, causing abottleneckat the Macedonian-Greece border. As many 70,000 are expected to be “trapped” at the border by the end of March. When more than 7,000 people recently became stranded at a border fence between Macedonia and Greece, many tried to storm through a razor barrier. Police in Macedonia fired tear gas and stun grenades at about 300 migrants, some of whom are children, who “raced towards a railway track between the two countries,”Agence France-Pressereported.

Obama and his administration will open the flood gates to Syrian refugees, American safety be damned. Even if only one of these refugees were a radical that is one to many. Once here they have free reign to recruit as they please. Bringing these people here on the tax payers dime is a slap in the face to all Americans. I can't think of any other reason for Obama to capitulate to Muslims the way he does other than he is one.

Obama is not a Muslim, anymore than DL is a Jew.
It doesn't stop either from giving a free pass to their idols though.

What happened in Cologne and other cities during the new year's celebration 2015/2016 was disgraceful. The police and the authorities were taken by surprise and tried to cover it up...............political correctness gone mad. If this sort of behaviour is tolerated in arab countries then then that is a measure of how much islam needs to reform and there were no repeats of this behaviour (as far as I know) during the recent new year's celebrations.

A religion that suppresses and represses sexuality is going to result in a lot of frustrated young men who are then radicalized by the evil monsters that specialize in brainwashing young men into wearing suicide belts!

The recent shootings in Quebec however were not the work of refugees they were residents!

You are right but it is hundreds of years ago that the Pope advocated holy war and since then we have learned to separate church and state........this is not the case in the arab world where the word jihad is still preached!

Actually I think it was christians that invented the suicide vest (not sure need to check that!).

According to the draft copy of Trump's executive order, the countries whose citizens are barred entirely from entering the United States is based on a bill that Obama signed into law in December 2015.

In February 2016, the Obama administration added Libya, Somali and Yemen to the list of countries one could not have visited — but allowed dual citizens of those countries who had not traveled there access to the Visa Waiver Program. Dual citizens of Syria, Sudan, Iraq and Iran are still ineligible, however.

So, in a nutshell, Obama restricted visa waivers for those seven Muslim-majority countries — Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya and Yemen — and now, Trump is looking to bar immigration and visitors from the same list of countries.

Forgive me if I find it hard to believe he's not banning Saudi's because Obama didn't put them on the list. It's Trump who is placing this ban, not Obama.

But it's still interesting that we don't hold Saudi's as being terrorists when so many of 9/11's group was Saudi.

Should be a few more on that list for sure.
At least he did something with the list instead of making one and setting it aside.

    Trump-- I used Obama's list

left -- this is your list now and you left countries off

trump--i thought you guys wanted no countries banned

left--oh yeah, but there are terrorists other places too

Trump--we can add more to the list

Left---we dont want any on the list...

Trump--then why are you upset about countries not on the list

    Left--because we hate you...

Let's say for the sake of argument that you have 1000 refugees to vet and statistically there are one or two actual terrorists in the 1000!

So you conduct interviews about their travel history and social media and employ various psychological stresses during the interview!

The two terrorists are prepared for this and have alternative histories and employ tradecraft!

The other 998 innocents feel oppressed and alienated that they have been singled out for this treatment and are ripe for radicalisation!

The clever terrorists might even include a few "mules" in the thousand so the security services can meet their quotas!

We need to be a lot cleverer than travel bans to beat ISIS!

not that easy....the great lakes and some unbelievable amount of mountains and wilderness....

The parts of the border that run through rural or completely undeveloped areas are actually fairly well monitored by an array of electronic sensors and they count on the fact that even if you can walk across the border itself you'll trigger the sensors and they will probably be able to intercept you before you can get very far.
