The other reality is nowhere does god promises there won't be sorrow, death, hate, suffering. In fact that is what He put upon all mankind for the sins of Adam and Eve.

My final point is that mankind is not progressing, he is digressing. Not becoming better but getting worse. just as the bible says.

I don't know how to answer that, I've seen alot of atrocities in 50 plus years myself, I don't shy away from anything regardless how gory. He allows it, but he's not the cause, I think that's what we all take issue with, why he allows all this to go on.

In the end however if you believe and do have faith, no one escapes getting justice done to them for what they've done to others. The afterlife is supposed to be a new heaven and a new earth, I believe the people that make it there inhabit the new earth while governed by the 12 tribes of Israel in the new heaven. No more wars, no more killing of anything, all animals coexist together peacefully as well. Basically it's like going back to the start w/ Adam and Eve.

Is satan in charge now:
When Christ was temped by satan for those 40 days and nights it's said "satan took him up", he showed him all the cities of the earth and said "just give me one act of worship and I will give you all of this". How can he give him all of this if he doesn't have influence and some control for now over the people of the earth? He does and he's corrupted and decieved many.

Why God even allowed all this is beyond me, but it is satanic forces doing the evil deeds. Even in the end of days it's also written that those in heaven are asking "why are you allowing this to happen" (the atrocities to come) and God apparently answered "it's only for a short time longer".
Then he finally puts and end to all this insanity, but like you I question why as well out of compassion, apparently those in heaven do so as well.

No one knows why God allows all this, but we certainly wish it was written differently. I don't like what I read of things to come, especially for the people of Israel again, they are in for a major slaughter once more before the remaining ones are saved and their adversaries destroyed.

It is what it is, and nothing we can do to change what's going to happen, with the exception of knowing what side to stand with when that day arrives. No one has to take my word about what's going to happen, but you can watch it unfold almost daily anymore if your aware of what to look for.
