Sen. Paul: YouTube acts like a branch of Biden admin.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has slammed YouTube for political censorship and urged users to switch to other platforms. The Kentucky senator said on Tuesday, YouTube has been acting like a branch of the Biden administration, despite being a private company.

Paul stressed Biden’s officials denied “actual science” and YouTube has censored anyone who dared to challenge them. He went on to say YouTube was spreading misinformation by telling people face masks protected people from COVID-19, which he argued didn’t significantly reduce the risk of infection.

The senator added YouTube stifled debate and anyone who challenged the establishment.

“People like Dr. Fauci, who have lied to the American people time and again about masks. What I said in the interview that YouTube censored is the truth, it’s fact,” he stated. “…Here’s some of the science for the YouTube science deniers: a DANA study of 6,000 participants found that wearing a surgical mask did not significantly reduce a person’s risk of COVID-19 infection.”

Paul went on to point out Rumble was a good alternative to YouTube because it carried real and unfiltered news.

Gov. DeSantis: new spike in cases won’t make me shut down my state

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 7:17 PM PT – Tuesday, August 3, 2021

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has refused to shut his state down as Democrats have been pestering him for another lockdown. On Tuesday, DeSantis said the Sunshine State would stay open to protect Floridians and their livelihoods.

DeSantis argued draconian lockdown measures never worked in the past and there was no evidence they would work now.

“These interventions have failed time and time again throughout this pandemic, not just in the United States, but abroad,” he expressed. “They have not stopped the spread and particularly with Delta, which is even more transmissible. If it didn’t stop it before, it definitely ain’t going to stop it now.”

DeSantis to Biden: 'I don't want to hear blip about COVID from you' until you do your job and secure border
DeSantis said Biden is 'importing' COVID from around the world

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis blasted President Biden on Wednesday telling him to do his job and secure the southern border and not say "blip" about the coronavirus until he does.

"Why don’t you do your job?" the Florida Republican said during a press conference Wednesday. "Why don't you get this border secure? And until you do that, I don’t wanna hear a blip about COVID from you, thank you."

"This is a guy who ran for office saying he’s going to shut down the virus," DeSantis added. "And what has he done? He’s imported more virus from around the world by having a wide open southern border."

Biden has been widely criticized on social media over reports that illegal immigrants who are carrying the coronavirus are being released into border communities, in some cases without notifying local law enforcement.

The Biden administration has been pressed on the issue multiple times and has sidestepped the question as to why it is pushing Americans to be vaccinated while allowing unvaccinated and sick migrants into the United States.

Coronavirus cases among migrants have been surging at the southern border, and in one sector the number of infected migrants recently skyrocketed almost 900%.

DeSantis’ comment earned praise from conservatives on social media and his press secretary, Christina Pushaw, called the statement a "mic drop" moment.

"One of the only good ones," Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe tweeted.

"Gov. DeSantis takes a massive wrecking ball to Biden's absurd criticism on his handling of COVID," Turning Point USA Chief Creative Officer Benny Johnson tweeted. "Watch the whole thing. COMPLETE. MIC. DROP."

DeSantis and the Biden administration have been engaged in a war of words in the last few weeks over the governor’s opposition to face mask mandates, and at one point White House press secretary Jen Psaki accused DeSantis of putting children "at risk" by not requiring them to wear masks in schools.

Earlier this week, Psaki referenced rising coronavirus cases in Florida and said that DeSantis is putting politics over public health.

DeSantis’ office took issue with that position and pushed back in a statement from Pushaw.

"By dismissively ignoring Governor DeSantis’ efforts to protect vulnerable Floridians, Psaki is the one playing politics with the pandemic," Pushaw told Fox News. "The White House should be more concerned about the flip-flopping of the CDC, which is inadvertently promoting vaccine hesitancy with their confusing, contradictory public communications. Stating that vaccinated people should wear masks and socially distance is implying that the vaccines do not change anything, which is the wrong message for our federal government to be promoting."

DeSantis refuses to declare state of emergency for COVID -- and it's leaving hospitals short of oxygen: report

    Rep. Ron DeSantis (Facebook)

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is determined to declare the novel coronavirus pandemic over, even as his state this week shattered its own records for COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations.

Bloomberg reports that DeSantis's refusal to re-declare a state of emergency over the pandemic is leaving Florida hospitals scrambling to secure enough oxygen to treat COVID patients who are struggling to breathe.

DeSantis Totally Wrecks Biden Over His Response to COVID at Border
By Nick Arama | Aug 04, 2021 5:45 PM ET

Yesterday, Joe Biden went after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for banning mask mandates.

But DeSantis was not taking that lying down and he wasn’t shy about expressing himself in response.

DeSantis explained how Biden, when he ran, claimed he was going to “shut down the virus.” But now, Biden is actually making things much worse by allowing the import of the virus from all around the world through the Southern border.

Reporter Dave Hendricks reported that 13% of the illegal aliens being released in McAllen, Texas have tested positive for the virus.

Confirming that DeSantis was exactly right. But the media and Biden just want to ignore this news. So Biden will impose all kinds of restrictions on Americans, even reintroducing masks, while illegal aliens pour in at record numbers. July has the highest numbers yet again. It’s gone up every month Biden has been in office.

DeSantis ripped Biden for forcing little kids to wear masks.

“His solution is he wants to have the government force Kindergartners to wear masks in school… Well, I can tell you in Florida the parents are going to be the ones in charge of that decision.”

That’s when DeSantis shifted into high gear and finished Biden off.

“Why don’t you do your job?” DeSantis asked of Biden. “Until you do that, I don’t want to hear a blip about COVID from you.” Then he picked up his papers and walked off. Talk about a mic drop moment.

Jen Psaki owns Ron DeSantis after he complains about being 'singled out' — and lays out his deadly record on COVID

    C-SPAN/screen grab

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has spent the past several days playing the victim over criticism for his handling of the COVID-19 crisis in his state.

Last month Florida accounted for 1 in 5 of every COVID cases in the United States, and this week the state shattered its own records for COVID cases and hospitalizations.

DeSantis snapped at a reporter who asked about the increase of hospitalizations in the state and the uptick of children getting the virus, even though school hasn't begun yet.

"You know, I'm just sick of this judge – I'm sick of the judgment, the judgmental stuff on some of this stuff, nobody's trying to, to, to get ill here, okay?" DeSantis complained to reporters.

DeSantis' latest complaint is that President Joe Biden is making his state the villain of the COVID crisis.

"Joe Biden has taken to himself to try to single out Florida over COVID," the governor said.

Press secretary Jen Paski responded with actual facts, explaining, "23 percent of new COVID hospitalizations in the U.S are in Florida, and their hospitals are being overwhelmed again. We are doing everything we can to help the people of Florida, and they're stepping up by getting vaccinated – we hope Gov. Ron DeSantis joins us in this fight."

DeSantis has banned mask mandates, vaccine passports and other tools businesses are using to keep down exposure to the virus.

Ron DeSantis Defends Florida Against Biden’s Criticism on Coronavirus: ‘I’m Standing in Your Way’

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Wednesday dismantled the criticism from President Joe Biden he received earlier in the week about the rise of Chinese coronavirus cases in the Sunshine state.

“Biden has taken to himself to try and single out Florida over COVID [Chinese coronavirus],” Desantis explained.

However, he quickly followed up by saying Joe Biden ran for president on a platform of “He was going to shut down the virus.” Instead, Biden “has imported more virus from around the world by having a wide-open southern border.”

Under Biden, there have been “hundreds of thousands of people pouring across every month, and it’s not just from Mexico,” DeSantis said, noting that the border crossers are “rarely from Mexico, you have over 100 different countries, where people are pouring through — not only are they letting them though — but they’re then farming them out all across our communities all across this country.”

After coming into the United States illegally, he added, these people are being put on planes and buses by the government and not worrying about the Chinese coronavirus. “Who knows what new variants are out there,” DeSantis said, but “whatever variants are around the world, they’re coming across that southern border.” So, DeSantis clarified that Biden “isn’t shutting down the virus; he’s helping to facilitate it in the country.”

DeSantis asked what Biden has against Florida, since he wants to force children in kindergarten to wear masks in school. He said Biden “doesn’t believe parents should have a say in that, [Biden] thinks that should be a decision for the government.” The governor then said that, in Florida, parents would be the ones that choose if their children will be wearing masks in school.

The governor also slammed the Biden administration by mentioning one of the top medical professionals in the administration wants to have children wear masks while at home with their parents, calling this move by the administration “insane.”

“We said from the beginning we’re going to make it available for all, but we’re not going to mandate it on anybody. That’s ultimately an individual’s choice to be able to do it,” DeSantis said, torching Biden for wanting to mandate the vaccine for everyone. The governor also touted the dramatic decline in the mortality rate amongst seniors due to his “seniors first strategy.”

“Give me a break … the question is we either have a free society, or we can have a biomedical security state,” DeSantis said, while taking a stab at Biden and the far-left for wanting to mandate a vaccine passport showing your vaccination status when going to places like the store and the gym while claiming it is too much of a burden to have voter IDs. He added:

[In Florida] we’re a free state, people are going to be free to choose, to make their own decision about themselves, about their families, about their kid’s education, and about putting food on the table, and Joe Biden suggests that if you don’t do lock down policies then you should “get out of the way.” But let me tell you this, if you’re coming after rights of parents in Florida, I’m standing in your way. I’m not going to let you get away with it.

If you’re trying to deny kids a proper in-person education, I’m going to stand in you’re way and I’m going to stand up for the kids in Florida. If you’re trying to restrict people, impose mandates, if you’re trying to ruin their jobs and livelihood, and their small business, if you’re trying to lock people down, I’m standing in your way, and I’m standing for the people of Florida.

“Why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you get this border secure, and until you do that, I don’t want to hear a blip about Covid from you,” he said, speaking directly to Biden.

But, with the new cancel culture/fundamental change/socialist/communist operated Crime Boss Biden and the Ho (half cracker 3.0) Administration regime being of the opinion that the federal fucking government has taken the wheel... well hack fuck, the U.S. Constitution also stands in their way.

MIAMI — More Florida children were hospitalized with COVID-19 on Tuesday than in any other state, reflecting a rapid rise in serious illness among an age group considered to be at the lowest risk of severe outcomes from the disease and many still not eligible for the vaccine. A total of 46 pediatric patients were admitted to a Florida hospital with a confirmed infection while an additional 22 were hospitalized with a suspected case, according to the federal government’s hospital capacity data. Only Texas reported a higher total number of pediatric patients in hospitals with confirmed COVID-19 ...

DeSantis: Biden ‘Loses All Credibility’ on COVID by Doing Nothing to Stop Border Surge

During an appearance on Wednesday’s “The Ingraham Angle” on FNC, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) batted down criticism from President Joe Biden about his state’s handling of COVID-19.

The Florida governor pointed to the Biden administration’s mishandling of the U.S. southern border and an immigration policy that could exacerbate the spread of the coronavirus as reasons why Biden had lost “all credibility” in dealing with the pandemic

“I mean, this is a guy that ran for president saying he was going to shut down the virus,” DeSantis said. “He wasn’t going to shut down America or the economy and shut down the virus. And yet, what is he doing? He’s bringing in people from over 100 different countries across the southern border.”

“Every variant on this planet, some we don’t even know about, are absolutely coming into our country that way,” he continued. “And what they’re doing is, people are coming, and then they’re farming them out all over the United States, putting them on buses, putting them on planes. And so when he’s lecturing people about imposing COVID restrictions and lockdown policies on the one hand, and yet not only doing nothing to stop the border surge but actually facilitating it. On the other hand, he just loses all credibility when it comes to COVID.”

Jen Psaki smacks down Ron DeSantis for calling Joe Biden a ‘power hungry tyrant’

    Jen Psaki (Screen Grab)

Press Secretary Jen Psaki made clear the White House is not interested in partisan name calling as it responded to Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis calling President Joe Biden a "power hungry tyrant."

"25% of hospitalizations in the country are in Florida," Psaki told a reporter who brought up the DeSantis remark, which came from a fundraising email.

"It is also a fact that the governor has taken steps that are counter to public health recommendations," Psaki continued. "So, we're here to state the facts. Frankly, our view is that this is too serious, deadly serious to be doing partisan name calling. That's what we're not doing here, we're focused on providing public health data information to the people of Florida, to make sure they understand what steps they should be taking, even if those are not steps taken at the top of the leadership in that state.
