      nuclear capability doesn't automatically mean more nukes. It can also mean more effective, or more efficient.
      But Trump unsupporters are so blinded by their dislike of Trump that they immediately jump to the conclusion that expanded capability means more nukes, and further that despite Trump's contrary prior statements, he intends to start WWIII.
      So be it.
      We'll find out when Trump has the chance to implement his plan.
