And the rest of the story for members, cause when we see american hater copy n pasting wrong story shit we know there's more to the story.
There always is, eh, american hater?

James Comer isn't Hunter Biden. His land LLC isn't a shell company (usatoday.com)

James Comer is no hypocrite. His Kentucky farm isn't the same as the Bidens' shell corporations.
'I believe we’ve shown, at a minimum, that a lot of shady foreign money changed hands to the benefit of the Biden family and that the president wasn’t honest about it,' said Kentucky Rep. James Comer.
    Scott Jennings
    Opinion contributor

When Kentucky Congressman James Comer decided to investigate and ultimately pursue an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden, he knew the political waters might get choppy.

“I fully expected the press and the Democrats would work overtime to cover up for Biden, and I knew the White House would come after me,” Comer told me. “But even with my experience being the target of dishonest attacks, I had no idea just how dumb it would be.”

At issue is an allegation from the Associated Press that Comer’s ownership of six acres of land in Monroe County, held in a Limited Liability Corporation (an “LLC” in common business parlance) called Farm Team Properties, makes him a hypocrite because he is investigating the president and his son, Hunter Biden, for the Biden family’s use of shell corporations to mask the source and movement of tens of millions of dollars.

“It is a disgrace that the Associated Press wrote this article, claiming I’m somehow the same as Hunter Biden,” Comer said. “Anyone with any financial literacy knows that an LLC with assets is clearly not a ‘shell’ company. My company has assets and an active business purpose of land management, real estate speculation, and hunting leasing. The Bidens have over 20 actual shell companies with no assets and no known business purpose.

Comer owns land, the Bidens own 'smoke and mirrors'
“I own land, and the land is an asset with a purpose. The Bidens own smoke and mirrors designed to hide millions in payments from foreign sources that went for services that not a single person can define,” Comer said. “But sure, we’re all the same, I guess,” he said, laughing. “Maybe I ought to take up painting instead of farming.”

Comer is a well-known farmer in his hometown of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, where he owns roughly 1,600 acres. Even the Associated Press reports that his business interests are “meticulously documented” in his congressional financial disclosure forms. As for the LLC that owns the six acres, Comer disputes that it is designed to create opacity. His office said that Comer previously consulted with the House Ethics Committee to ensure he was properly disclosing it on the required forms. Comer bought the land before becoming a Member of Congress.

Comer follows facts to hold the powerful accountable
Comer's interest in following facts over partisan considerations is well known back home. Shortly after taking office as Kentucky agriculture commissioner in 2011, he partnered with Democratic Auditor Adam Edelen to investigate the department. The examination culminated with the previous commissioner, a Republican, going to prison.

House speaker:Evidence against Biden can't be ignored. We're pursuing impeachment inquiry.

Elected to Congress in 2016, Comer didn't set out to become the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee. But as his colleagues left the committee or Congress altogether, Comer again accepted the responsibility of following the facts and holding the powerful accountable. He says he doesn’t wish for any president to be impeached, but that his job is to follow the money and the information.

“It is amazing to me that the press has decided to just chant ‘without evidence, without evidence’ like some sort of cult-inspired mantra,” Comer said. “The president’s family has benefited enormously from foreign payments, and some of these sources are extremely shady. We have bank records. Documents. Witness and whistleblower testimony. Text messages where Hunter Biden is threatening people with retribution from his father if they don’t pay up. None of this information is in dispute.

Comer has evidence against Biden and public support
“Where I come from, that’s what we call evidence,” Comer said. “Whether the House decides to impeach President Biden, I cannot predict. Maybe the House decides this doesn’t rise to the level. But my job is to investigate things that smell funny. And the way the Biden family has made its money, with Joe Biden as the product and Hunter Biden as the salesman, stinks to high Heaven,” Comer said.

Democrats, pull yourselves together.Remember: Biden is still better than Trump.

Comer seems to have substantial public support for his view. An Associated Press poll taken in October found “most adults say President Biden has at the very least acted unethically in his handling of the international business dealings of his son Hunter, including about a third who say he did something illegal.” And an NPR-PBS-Marist University poll released last week showed 49% of Americans support the impeachment inquiry, including nearly one quarter of Democrats.

    two Democrats defected.

“I got 100% of the Republicans to support the inquiry, despite the obvious divisions in our party. For goodness sakes I have Don Bacon and Matt Gaetz coming to the same conclusion. Pelosi never achieved that sort of party unity when she went after Trump, and she was heralded as some crusading genius.

“It is clear that our evidence is persuasive and merits a serious review to see if the president of the United States is compromised by a son for whom he clearly has a blind spot,” Comer said. “No predictions on the future, but I believe we’ve shown, at a minimum, that a lot of shady foreign money changed hands to the benefit of the Biden family and that the president wasn’t honest about it in 2020 or since.”

The despicable attempt to smear Comer for daring to expose biden's corruption is amateurish at best, but in any case it exposes their desperation to protect their man(woman) no matter what it takes, and no matter the harm to the country in doing so.

And you just can't hate America more than that.

Not trying to start a fight, Shooter. Have you seen the evidence? I have not seen anything at all. I am asking because I have very limited information and would like to know more. I am NOT challenging you at all. Just trying to educate myself on this a bit more. I have read a lot on Hunter. He should be in prison right now. But I have seen nothing on President Biden.

The evidence is the 20 or so shell companies, $20 MILLION having passed through them from foreign sources to family members including joe biden. The companies have no products, no business plan, no employees, no visible means of existing. No explanation of why Bidens grandkids would get money.

Jim Jordan's Biden attack backfires spectacularly: 'Perfectly described Donald J. Trump'

Public officials’ families should never benefit financially from that person’s political power, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said this week — and was immediately hit by a ferocious backlash.

Jordan took to the airwaves to defend an impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden that has yet to uncover evidence of wrongdoing.

“When you do something that benefits your family financially and you’re a public official,” Jordan told Fox News viewers, “that’s not supposed to happen.”

Replied Shelby Kent-Stewart on X, “Jared and Ivanka, 'advisors' to Trump during his administration would like a word.”

Kent-Stewart was not the only viewer of Jordan’s problematic decree to take umbrage with his political allies’ financial forays.

MSNBC producer Steve Benen published Thursday a scathing screed both defending Biden and skewering Trump.

“I could spend a few paragraphs noting that there simply isn’t any evidence of Biden ever using his office to advance his family’s business interests,” Benen writes. “But that’s not the only problem here.”

The problem, for Benen and the thousands of people who’ve weighed in on x, is best summarized in a Politico report from January 2020, when Trump was still in the White House.

“Donald Trump has accomplished something no president before him has done: fusing his private business interests with America’s highest public office,” Anita Kumar wrote.

“He has spent one out of every three days as president visiting one of his luxury resorts, hotels or golf courses,” wrote Anita Kumar. “He has leveraged his powerful international platform to promote his developments dozens of times. And he has directed millions of dollars from U.S. taxpayers to his businesses around the globe.”

As testimony from New York Letitia James’ $250 million civil fraud lawsuit against the Trump Organization shows, Trump’s business was a family business.

This point was not lost upon viewers who took to X to comment.

“Is he joking here?” asked Dianne Callahan. “He perfectly described Donald J. Trump.”

Others took the opportunity to draw comparison to Rep. James Comer, who reportedly used a shell company and paid his brother $200,000, and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, whom watchdog groups have accused of essentially laundering money through his wife Ginni.

“Hello,” wrote @DCelesteSpencer. “Comer did something that benefited him & his family.”

Added @dachipster, “I never expected Gym to come after Clarence Thomas so hard.”

Jim Jordan and James Comer get shut down in effort to block probe of right-wing activist

Washington, D.C. Attorney General Brian L. Schwalb sent a letter to Reps. James Comer (R-KY) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) on Tuesday said that he won't be cooperating with their investigations into conspiracy theories about a far-right judicial activist.

"After thoughtful consideration, I must reiterate what I stated in my prior correspondence of November 13, 2023: our office has a longstanding policy—consistent with the policies of law enforcement agencies across the country—not to confirm, deny, or otherwise comment on potential or pending investigations," explained Schwalb.

The lawmakers sought confirmation of, and documents related to, a "reported effort to investigate Leonard Leo and certain nonprofit organizations with which he is affiliated."

Schwalb explained that refusing to confirm or deny anything preserves the integrity of the investigation.

"Nothing in your latest letter sets forth a persuasive reason for deviating from that principled, well-established policy," said the letter.

He also explained that Congress typically doesn't request any information from federal, state, or local law enforcement from potential or pending investigations.

The approach that Congress uses typically recognizes that “such inquiries inescapably create the risk that the public and the courts will perceive undue political and Congressional influence over law enforcement and litigation decisions," he cited.

Congress doesn't have unlimited power to investigate whoever or whatever it wants, Schwalb said, citing the Supreme Court.

"Your December 18 letter does not recognize OAG’s legitimate law enforcement interests, nor does it identify a valid 'detailed and substantial' legislative purpose for your inquiry," he wrote. "Moreover, none of the cases cited in your letter support diverging from the legislative branch’s long-standing practice of eschewing interference in potential or pending law enforcement investigations."

Read the full letter to the lawmakers here.

Jim Jordan Says Biden Probe’s ‘Most Damning Evidence’ Came From Hunter Associate Devon Archer — Who Flat Denied Knowing Of Any Joe Biden Wrongdoing
    Joe DePaoloJan 7th, 2024, 11:39 am

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) said Sunday that the “most damning evidence” to date in the House’s investigation of President Joe Biden came from a witness who flatly denied knowing of any wrongdoing on Biden’s part.

In an interview on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, anchor Maria Bartiromo asked Jordan to cite the “most damning evidence” House Republicans have uncovered in their investigation thus far. The Ohio congressman replied by citing the testimony of Devon Archer — a Hunter Biden business associate.

“The most damning evidence thus far is what we got from Devon Archer — Hunter Biden’s business partner,” Jordan said. “Because he says what they were selling was the brand. Remember, there’s no business here. They’re selling access to the brand. The brand is the big guy. The brand is Joe Biden. Devon Archer said that.”

In a transcript of his testimony before the House Oversight Committee, Archer — who served with Hunter Biden on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma — said that Hunter would call his father during business meetings and put him on speaker phone. However, Archer said the conversations were “casual” and were not related to business.

At one point, Archer was directly asked, “Are you aware of any wrongdoing by Vice President Biden?

“No, I’m not aware of any,” Archer said.

Still, Jordan noted, “Devon Archer said that the best way to tell this story is through Hunter Biden’s interaction and Joe Biden’s interaction when Hunter Biden was on the board of this Ukrainian energy company, Burisma.”

But Archer was also asked, “based on everything you saw, heard, and observed, did you have any knowledge of Joe Biden having any involvement with Burisma?”

“No — not direct, no,” Archer testified.

Jordan also told Bartiromo, “I always say there are four fundamental facts: Fact number one, Hunter Biden gets put on the board of this company. Fact number two, he’s not qualified — e said so himself. Fact number three is that he’s asked by the leaders of this company to weigh in with D.C. and his father to help them deal with the pressure they are under. Fact number four, Joe Biden goes to Ukraine and conditions the release of American tax dollars to Ukraine on the firing of the prosecutor, who was applying the very pressure to this company, Burisma, the Hunter Biden sat on the board of.”

The prosecutor Jordan was referring to, Viktor Shokin, was reviled among the international community and widely condemned as corrupt. Then Vice President-Biden had widespread support, including from Republican Senators, for his move to help drive Shokin out of office.

Its the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans that make it just too easy Their lies were debunked and exposed years ago. And it might work on blind brainwashed parrots that are willing to suspend all disbelief But their lies are defeated by reality. Such as President Biden went to Ukraine to deliver a message from both the US government and the EU. That they had to get rid of their corrupt prosecutor if Ukraine wanted to keep getting aid. That was not President Biden's idea. He was instructed to do that by President Obama and a coalition of other countries.

So the corrupt prosecutor who was not investigating Burisma gets fired. It had nothing to do with Hunter Biden serving on the board of Burisma. And that his been repeatedly documented including during Trump's first impeachment. It has also been documented more times than I can count on this forum. But you will see that same lie being told over and over and over again trying to create the illusion of truth. But it isn't working because this time because President Biden, the Democrats, and news organizations are ready willing and able to fight back against the lies which is as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.

Jim Jordan accused of trying to pull fast one with promise of 'damning evidence' on Biden

During an appearance on Fox News on Sunday, House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) boasted to host Maria Bartiromo that his Republicans have damning evidence that will once and for all lead to the impeachment of President Joe Biden.

However, as MSNBC's Steve Benen pointed out, Jordan was trying to pull a fast one on Fox viewers by touting information that was debunked in the middle of last year.

As the MSNBC analyst noted, if that is the best the GOP can do, they don't have a foot to stand on as they pursue the president through his son.

Speaking with Bartiromo, Jordan stated, "The most, I think, damning evidence thus far is what we got from Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s business partner.”

According to Benen, that was tantamount to admitting Republicans have yet to come up with anything that sticks.

Writing for MSNBC, he explained, "In case anyone needs a refresher, House Republicans were excited this past summer ahead of their Q&A with Archer, hoping that he might be able to provide them with explosive revelations," before adding, "He didn’t.

"Archer testified under oath that President Joe Biden wasn’t involved with Burisma, didn’t talk business with his son’s associates, and didn’t take bribes, effectively shredding each of the Republicans’ core claims. We know this for certain because GOP investigators released a transcript of the testimony."

ALSO READ: Trump visit to South Dakota puts Gov. Kristi Noem in a tax jam

Noting that line of inquiry went down in flames five months ago, Benen suggested, "Now, evidently, Jordan expects the public to believe that the information provided by Archer to congressional investigators was the most 'damning evidence' they’ve uncovered to date. But therein lies the rub: If the most damning evidence House Republicans have is Archer debunking their claims, then House Republicans haven’t received any damning evidence."

And this, boys and girls, is pure unadulterated propaganda spewed by a desperate american hating TWAT who gave up his ethics and morals decades ago to join the mission to destroy America and all that it stands for. In particular, to get Trump, no matter what.

    1) Show us the part where "the US government" and the "EU" gave biden his marching orders for that trip.
    2) That Biden did not profit from this bit of blackmail. Because he did.
    3) Show us where and when the US gave up it's foreign relations authority to "a coalition of other countries". And as asked above, show us where Obama told Biden to blackmail Ukraine. That will be fun.
    4) Show us where the internal affairs of Ukraine were any of our damn business, foreign aid or not.
    5) The facts are it had EVERYTHING to do with Hunter Biden serving on the board of Burisma, and when Trump acted to uncover it the terrorized despicables impeached him and tried to remove him from office.
    6) Show us your impeachment documentation that Hunter Biden wasn't part of all this.
    7) You've documented your lies and propaganda is what you've documented before and will again. Guaranteed. It's what you do. The rest of us call it spam.
    8) The "lies to create the illusion of truth" trick is a despicable trick.
    9) Shooting fish? You have a license to do that do you? Care to show us? :p

‘A spit in the face’: Dem rips Nancy Mace for accusing Hunter Biden of ‘white privilege'

    House Oversight/screen grab

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) blasted Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) after she accused Hunter Biden of white privilege Wednesday.

At a House Oversight Committee hearing on Wednesday, Mace called for Biden to be arrested for contempt of Congress.

"You are the epitome of white privilege coming into the Oversight Committee, spitting in our face, ignoring a Congressional subpoena to be deposed," Mace told the president's son.

"This is something that I just can't get over," Crockett later replied. "I can't get over the gentle lady from South Carolina talking about white privilege."

"It was a spit in the face, at least of mine as a black woman, for you to talk about what white privilege looks like, especially from that side of the aisle."

Crockett noted that the Republican Party had a "lack of diversity."

ALSO READ: Overcoming the Fox News-Musk-Trump propaganda machine

"When you look at the Democrats, they actually look like America," she asserted. "You see, you want to talk about a two-tier justice system, and this is the only time that y'all have ever referenced it, when this country has a history, when it comes to black and brown folk, of having two separate sets of rules."

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) yielded to Mace for a reply.

"I want to say, number one, as a former ranking member of the Civil Rights Subcommittee under Chairman Raskin last session, I take great pride as a white female Republican to address the inadequacies in our country," Mace said. "I come from a district where rich and poor is literally Black and white, Black versus white on most days."

"My largest jail in my district, which is the largest jail in the state of South Carolina, has had seven or eight deaths in the last two years. I was there with our Black and African American council members trying to get the right thing done," she added. "And I've stood with those Black families because I know the differences that they see day to day in their life. And I try to do the best that I can."

    Wait.
So, a despicable doesn't think a cracker "DEMANDING" conditions for his testimony before a Congressional committee, who also happens to be the drug addicted son of the current RACIST president, and showing up unannounced with his lawyers in a cheap political theatrical stunt, isn't taking advantage of his white privilege?

Well of course. It's a despicable defending a despicable cracker.

‘The Right To MURDER People!’ Trump Gets Ripped To Shreds at Hunter Biden Hearing Over Legal-To-Assassinate Appeals Court Theory

    Tommy ChristopherJan 10th, 2024, 2:13 pm
Former President Donald Trump got torn to shreds at the Hunter Biden hearing over a legal theory advanced by Trump lawyers that would make assassinating political rivals legal in some cases.

All hell broke loose Wednesday morning when Hunter Biden made a surprise appearance at a House Oversight Committee hearing on a resolution to hold Hunter in contempt of Congress.

But Ranking Member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) used the hearing as an opportunity to drag Trump, his lawyers, and Republicans who support Trump over a legal theory his attorney argued that a president could order Seal Team Six to assassinate a political rival and not face prosecution unless he were impeached and convicted first:

But the lawlessness lasted up until yesterday, when Donald Trump’s lawyer got up before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and asserted that President Trump, or any other president, for that matter, has a right to order assassinations of his political opponents and not be prosecuted for it unless he’s impeached and convicted first!

Which is completely at odds with the text of the Constitution. The history of the Constitution. But he asserted a right to assassinate other citizens unless first he’s impeached or convicted.

Which means all you got to do is kill your political opponents and then kill enough of your political opponents in the House and Senate to keep yourself from being impeached or convicted.

My friends, please don’t look at your phones and papers right now! This goes to the heart of the Republic! Take a position on it, even if you’re going to support it. Take a position on it. Don’t stick your heads in the sand! Donald Trump is doing this to our country. He’s asserting the right of the president to murder people! And not be prosecuted for it!

Well, so why are we here? Well, Donald Trump insisted to numerous Republicans and in public and on Twitter and on Truth Social that Joe Biden be impeached. Why? Well, because Donald Trump was impeached twice, the last time for inciting a violent insurrection against his own vice president, against the Congress of the United States to overthrow an election!

    Gotta love it.
The issue is that Trump's lawyers argue that a President cannot be tried in civil or criminal court UNLESS he/she has first been tried and convicted through Congress in an impeachment process. The left is frothing that this means a president could order the assassination of an opponent, then resign and avoid any prosecution.

Presidential immunity in the United States - Wikipedia
The president of the United States enjoys absolute immunity from many lawsuits while in office; it is legally untested whether they also enjoy criminal immunity from arrest or prosecution.[a] Neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted in the Constitution or any federal statute.[1]

The Supreme Court of the United States found in Nixon v. Fitzgerald (1982) that the president has absolute immunity from civil damages actions regarding conduct within the "outer perimeter" of their duties. However, in Clinton v. Jones (1997), the court ruled against temporary immunity for sitting presidents from suits arising from pre-presidency conduct. Some scholars have suggested an immunity from arrest and criminal prosecution as well, a view which has become the practice of the Department of Justice under a pair of memoranda (1973 and 2000) from the Office of Legal Counsel. Presidents Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump were criminally investigated while in office, but none was prosecuted while in office. No court has ever ruled on the matter of criminal immunity.[4]

    Civil immunity[edit]
    Background[edit]
The Constitution of the United States grants legislative immunity to members of Congress through the Speech or Debate Clause, but has no explicit comparable grant for the president.[5] Early American politicians, including those at the Constitutional Convention, were divided as to whether such immunity should exist.[6] However, courts historically found that the president had absolute immunity from any personal damage liability for acts undertaken in the course of their duties.[7] The first suit brought directly against a president was Mississippi v. Johnson (1867), in which the Supreme Court of the United States ruled Andrew Johnson could not be sued as the actions in question were discretionary.[8] Spalding v. Vilas (1896) affirmed that federal cabinet officers had absolute immunity for actions "more or less" within the scope of their duties; Barr v. Matteo (1959) extended this to all federal executive officials.[9]

And we keep thinking that despicables are capable of adult conversation.

Ok ok i admit it the Democrats went to far pn that one. MTG tried to accuse Hunter of sex trafficking. One of the Democrats took a point of order to point there is no evidence but there is evidence of Republicans hang around with known pediophiles.

Well a Republican demanded that be striken from the record and the Democrat apologized and said let me correct. Trump is a Republicans and hung around with the known pediophile Jeffry Epstein. So what i should have said is Republicans associate with those that associate with known pediophiles.

And that correction went into the Congressional Record i shit you not.

      Well?
Did a deplorable then ask to include in the record the fact that despicables are known to hang around with that same known pedophile? You know, none other than PRESIDENT CLINTON, who rode in the Lolita Express enough times that he got frequent flyer miles and that got his portrait on Jeffries wall of celebrities on Pedophile Island.

Moskowitz Fires Back at Republican Accusing Him of ‘Impugning’ Trump By Brandishing Epstein Photo: ‘I Don’t Have To Do That – He Does That Himself’
    Michael LucianoJan 10th, 2024, 4:50 pm

Rep. Jared Moskowitz held up a photo of Donald Trump with deceased convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein during a committee hearing on Wednesday, igniting protest from a Republican.

The House Oversight Committee met on Wednesday for a hearing on whether to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress for ignoring the panel’s subpoena. The president’s son made waves by showing up and sitting in the front row at the beginning of the hearing. Biden’s attorneys have said their client will only testify under oath in a public hearing – an offer Chairman James Comer (R-KY) refused. Republicans on the committee have been investigating Biden’s business dealings and the possible involvement of President Joe Biden.

Moskowitz took issue with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who has made wild accusations about Democrats “grooming” children for sex.

The gentlelady from Georgia, I know is such an advocate for women’s rights as she mentioned, and is so concerned about grooming,” Moskowitz said. “And apparently we don’t have many standards here anymore.”

As he spoke, he reached for a blown-up photo of Trump with Epstein, presumably from the 1990s.

“I don’t want them to forget about hypocrisy,” Moskowitz said, referring to his Republican colleagues. “But, you know, Donald Trump was asked about Jeffrey Epstein. And when he was asked, he said, you know, Jeffrey likes them young. Well, how did the president know that? How did he know that Jeffrey Epstein likes them young? Perhaps, some people are saying, he was there, since you’re so concerned. I bring this up not to make jest.”

“A point of order, Mr. Chairman,” a Republican off-camera interjected. “I’m just curious about the impugning of the former president’s character.”

“I don’t have to do that,” Moskowitz shot back. “He does that himself.”

Several politicians and celebrities – including Trump, Bill Clinton, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. – infamously associated with Epstein until his 2008 conviction. Epstein was arrested again on sex trafficking charges in 2019, but authorities claimed he killed himself in prison.

So one thing Shooter has noted about our politicians, you know, historically.
It seems they tend to like them young, eh?
