Ok, we all know about the people who want to call themselves "trans gender" and receive privileges with regards to their gender identity... Our current government thinks these people should be treated to which sex they identify with.

But does it stop there??? Suppose you have a white student that puts on black makeup and identifies himself as African American. This student now wants to apply to a college and receive all the special affirmative action privileges that are given to minority students..

Is something like this any different?

Are the same people who are for the trans gender polices going to support trans race???

 

No, not progressive enough. The next big thing will be trans-species obviously. But not like, cat people or dog people, that's too small. Trans-Kingdom. People will get hormone treatments, genetic splicing, and psychological counseling so they can be fungi and like... plants.

How about a guy in prison??? Does he wake up one day and say, hey I'm a woman, get me a wig and some makeup and transfer me to a women's prison???

You may want to do some research on the ACP, a socially conservative organization with no official medical standing who are known for being anti-gay, anti-abortion, anti-vaccine (at least the HPV), abstinence supporters, etc.

Being critical of a conservative group with an agenda, and an opinion not based in science isn't a tactic. Gender and biological sex are completely different. There's no scientific split on that. But by all means, ignore the scientific consensus in favour of a group who's views are founded on their ideology rather than hard science.

But honestly... If you actually base your beliefs on the word of the ACP, then there's really nothing more to say.

 

I'm not sure what you're saying. You're suggesting a man in a prison literally, literally demands a wig, makeup, and a transfer to a women's prison because he decides he's a woman? Even if he made such a demand, and insisted he was a woman, he'd undergo psychological testing.

He would have to, otherwise they'd tell him to shut up. And when he would try to sue or whatever, it'd go to court and he'd have to present evidence that he is a woman, and then have to undergo psychological testing to back up his claims.
And the state would have experts to testify against him that he's lying about being transgendered. Then when it becomes obvious that he's wasting everyone's time, because he's just being a dumb ass and thinks the government takes a prisoners word over a doctor, he'd go back to his cell and everyone would laugh at him for thinking he could pull one over the government.

IF he did decide to transition, I'm not sure he'd go to a women's prison anyway. I think it's more likely he'd go into a protected population setting. Administrative segregation. That sort of thing.

 

This thread is really not about sexual relations, it's more about the privileges and customs associated with each race and gender....

 

Our current government has advocated letting grade school, middle and high school children use bathroom and locker rooms of their said "identity"... No restrictions or requirements with regards to psychological testing, therapy or trans drugs....

 

The large percentage of transsexuals who stick a gun to their heads and blow their brains out is prima facie proof that they're fucked up in the head.

Well now you're talking about real safety issues, and this applies to children that are transgendered as much as it does to people that are in college.

I imagine that if it's college, the person would already have to be transitioning, or already fully transitioned, to be allowed to use the facilities that 'match' their self perceived gender. Again, some sort of proof would be required, since it would be criminally negligent to take a person at their word. A history of counseling, surgeries, treatments. That sort of thing. They're not going to just let in some random frat boy that insists he's really a woman and take him at his words. That's just negligent.

If a frat boy DOES decide he's a woman, and DOES decide to transition then, at college, because he's away from home and can finally do what he wants without mom and dad making a fuss, I think what happens then would have to be decided between him (her?) and the college, on a case by case basis.
