  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Cheers! I'll put my blame on Video Games, Rock n' Roll, Socialist School System (Which, by the way, is free! :O) and ever lasting glorious Communism! *Cackles* (I hope you yanks know what sarcasm is about the last thing ;) )

But, Yeah, That's a scary thought; Being born & raised in Sweden these this are.. Very.. Odd for us to hear; Even our right wing parties (Whom you guys would probably brand as Communists, lol) have no intentions on removing free healthcare or anything like that!

And you know that fear is actually the hidden and soft pedaled sort of racism we cherish around here. It was one thing to have some advocates, but when ACORN went around registering minorities, coupled with the demographics that say whites are beginning to be out numbered, well the real power structure isn't going to allow that now are they.

But do not let it be said that racial tolerance and some degree of equality has not been gained in this nation. Google Black Panthers sometime. They're about the last ones who tired it before ACORN.

Kimiko, that's what makes those CEO's worth hundreds of millions of dollars a year with a golden parachute if they get their ass fired. They are the most educated, efficient, and experienced people in the country when it comes to figuring out the best way to defraud, rip off, and abuse the American people.

PS Under the "can't touch this" heading. President Obama is speaking again on the health care reforms, rebutting and mocking the arguments against it, as well as all the provisions to help small businesses and middle class Americans; this year.

And you bet he's selling the reforms to the American People which is what leaders are supposed to do because that's how you get them to agree with you, and follow your lead. He's also campaigning now for the democrats in November, which as I've said before makes him as far as I know the hardest working president in the history of the US.

You'd think conservatives/Republicans especially would at least recognize that, given their constant preaching of hard work brings success. It would seem they could at least appreciate that.

This is just my opinion, but I believe it is objective based on past political observations.

I don't think there is anyway the conservative/Republicans of this nation have a prayer of defeating or even diminishing President Barack Obama. He is too intelligent, too honest, too much of a natural leader, and far to much of a powerful speaker to overcome.

Now of course, that will be hotly disputed but I would offer these points which we all saw with their own eyes. President Obama's approval rating plummeted during the health care reform debate, and in addition both democrats and republicans were screaming for President Obama to directly enter the fray but he did not really interfere until it appeared the health care reforms were dead, and then as requested President Obama stepped into the fray and Championed the reforms through. And his approval rating went up accordingly.

But he's not satisfied with that and instead is intent on telling and showing the American people why these reforms are some of the best things to happen to them and small businesses in decades.

And now he has also directly taken on the Conservatives/Republicans, their arguments, lies, misrepresentations, and obstructionism and if you guys wanted a fight now you got one. It will be pretty interesting to see who the Conservatives/Republicans can put up against him. I can't think of a single one who stands a prayer, but maybe you Conservatives do.

Tell you straight up though, when it comes to fighting, you're way better off overestimating your opponents strength and ability than underestimating. Which is what you conservatives/Republicans have been doing all along.

I watched the speech, and I'm still in awe of this guy's abilities as a communicator. :)

But don't expect the right wing to admire anything about him. They've clearly shown what they're all about. He should continue to poke them with a sharp stick, every chance he gets.

I've really been impressed with President Obama's willingness to get out there and fight the lies and misrepresentations and take the Conservative/Republicans head on.

However, the greatest endorsement I think President Obama could have received is the number of times he made my wife laugh while he was talking. Humor is one of the most effective ways of telling the truth there is.:)

A point I and others have made on several occasions is that in no country with universal health care is there a popular demand to return to a private system.

I would like to comment on all the doomsday predictions.

The nation of Germany has had socialized medicine for a century now and was the first nation to do so. In spite of starting and losing two world wars, in spite of being split into two nations, in spite of its limited space and resources, in spite of their Turkish immigrants, a country with 82 million people is still doing very well. Not to mention that Egypt's President Mubarek recently traveled to Germany to have a gall bladder operation. Germany's health care must be pretty good and it certainly has not hindered it as a nation.

The Citizens of the USA should take note of this evidence, especially the pessimists.

Consider that Germany was the first country with public health care and that today she survives as a strong nation throughout all of her wars, political split, reunification, and immigration troubles.

This is certainly a step in the right direction for the USA. The 2013 "charges" that some of the largest US companies will be taking are just a result of the Government not allowing them to double dip.

Below is a map of the world. Notice that the countries with gray have nopublic health care. The USA was still gray until a week ago. As the World's only super power, we were right in there with the much poorer African, Indonesian, and South American countries.

Although I have some concerns about how this is going to affect my own current health care, I realize that it will benefit many others who's ranks I twice shared in, i.e. the uninsured or catostrophy-only insured. There is nothing worse than losing your health.

Just because universal health care works well in every single country that has it does not mean that it will necessarily work well here. We spend more than the rest of the world combined on our military, but we cannot defeat poorly armed, poorly lead, and disunited guerrillas in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Universal health care in the U.S. may become a wasteful, ineffectual boondoggle like the U.S. military. Nevertheless, if it does work, the GOP will not have any cover. The electorate will remember for a long time that Republicans did everything they could to stop it.

There are right wing nut cases who hope the Obama plan fails. Nevertheless, most Americans are not ideological. They care about whether and how well something works. For most Americans capitalism and socialism are just words. Because Republicans have called the Obama health plan "socialism," if it succeeds, the word "socialist" will lose much of its ability to scare naughty children when they misbehave.

Whitey, what's the difference between the blue and dark green colors on that map? Light green, I assume, is intended to indicate that the U.S. is in a class by itself.

    Hey prtndr ........

.......... you guys promising the demise of democrats and President Obama better start getting busy don't you think?

Our President is on television again today, talking about the first increase in jobs in three years and that things are starting to look a lot better and the jobs bill hasn't even kicked in yet.

But personally I don't think you guys stand a prayer against someone who is honest and can actually think, wants to solve the problems facing our people and our nation, and is a natural born leader that can connect with the majority of Americans.

Besides, President Obama is funny as hell, when he gets started pointing out the irrational and illogical criticisms coming from the right wing noise machine, and you gotta like a guy that has a great sense of humor.

    The Worm is Turning

Interesting when a Democratic senator fesses up on the real reason for Obamacare - redistribution of wealth:

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...lth-care-law-address-mal-distribution-income/

And a Dem congressman admits what anybody with a lick of sense already knew - other social programs will suffer to pay for Obamacare:

    http://bigjournalism.com/sright/2010/03/24/jesse-jr-obamacare-means-cuts-in-other-social-programs/

Then doctors start bailing, just like they said they would:

    http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news...s-patients-go-aw20100401,0,6040296,full.story

And as far as getting to work on throwing the bums out? Well, seems they've set themselves up. Obamacare was a phyrric victory at best, and a party suicide at worst. This is from a CBS poll (hardly a right wing house organ):
