As I keep saying I actually watch Trump as closely as a rattlesnake and treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans don't. They only watch the soundbites and carefully staged and choreographed events. So they don't see Trump constantly contradicting himself. Which he has always done. And it still enrages me Trump got away with that in 2016 because the press covered him like a celebrity instead of a candidate and never focused on what Trump said that day was not what he said the day before, the week before, and the month before.

But this is 2023 and issues like Israel's slaughter in Gaza are just too big and too many people are watching. So when Trump keeps contradicting himself on that people notice.

Also you can't ignore the incoherent babbling of Trump in his fantasy world. No one is denying October 7th happened. Which is another thing normal people will notice. And also notice Trump makes up something that is unbelievable and then babbles incoherently about it.

Trump Attacks ‘Jewish Politicians’ — Says ‘You Have To Stop Israel’s War On Terrorists’ In Bonkers Fox Hit
    Tommy ChristopherMay 1st, 2024, 7:52 am

Former President Donald Trump attacked “Jewish politicians abandoning Israel” and said “You have to stop Israel’s war on terrorists” but also that Israel must “complete their war on terror” and “do it fast.”

Police in New York City cracked down on a group of pro-Palestine protesters who took over Columbia University’s Hamilton Hall, storming the building with a show of force.

Trump called in for a phone interview during Tuesday night’s edition of Fox News Channel’s Hannity as the crackdown unfolded.

At one point Trump delivered a rant that included an attack on Jewish legislators based on the anti-Semitic “dual loyalty” trope, and an incoherent mashup of anti-and-pro-war rhetoric that host Sean Hannity felt compelled to try and translate:

HANNITY: I’m having a hard time understanding. Why don’t members of Congress, why aren’t these students, why aren’t political figures understanding that there is good and evil here, and radical Islamic terrorism is the evil part of this?

TRUMP: Well, I’m watching Jewish politicians abandon Israel. And I have seen it and you have seen it. Where is Schumer? Why isn’t Schumer speaking up? He was always out there in front.

Because he’s looking at votes, I guess. And I guess he’s looking at maybe more votes than represent Israel, but that has nothing to do with it. You have to stop this war on terrorists. Israel’s war on terrorists — October 7 was beyond violent. It was things done to people that nobody had ever seen before, to babies.

And a lot of people, people that are out there protesting, they deny October 7 ever happened. October 7 did happen. And it was horrible and violent and disgraceful. And it’s got to be stopped. You can’t have a thing like that.

And when you have people out there protesting and they’re denying that October 7 ever took place, they’re either brainwashed. In a certain way, I really believe they are brainwashed, because you look at some of the comments. They say none of this stuff happened. And we want Israel back.

The fact is, you have to get Israel back where it belongs, because what’s happening in Israel right now is really not sustainable either. We have to let Israel complete their war on terror. It’s a horrible thing, but they have to do it, and they have to do it fast, and we have to get back to order. And people have to respect law and order in this country.

They don’t respect it anymore. The United States worldwide is not respected anymore. And we have to gain back that respect from other countries quickly.

HANNITY: You know, you said something, and it’s something I think most conservatives agree with, and I would hope, I wish that most Americans would agree, that if a country is attacked and their citizens are murdered and taken hostage and raped, that they do have a right to defend themselves.

And what I’m hearing you say tonight is, Israel should have the right to win the war, but you’re saying win it and win it quickly.

No comment needed. Read it in his own words. This short article summarizes his thoughts in an interview for Time.

    https://time.com/6972021/donald-trump-2024-election-interview/

What emerged in two interviews with Trump, and conversations with more than a dozen of his closest advisers and confidants, were the outlines of an imperial presidency that would reshape America and its role in the world. To carry out a deportation operation designed to remove more than 11 million people from the country, Trump told me, he would be willing to build migrant detention camps and deploy the U.S. military, both at the border and inland. He would let red states monitor women’s pregnancies and prosecute those who violate abortion bans. He would, at his personal discretion, withhold funds appropriated by Congress, according to top advisers. He would be willing to fire a U.S. Attorney who doesn’t carry out his order to prosecute someone, breaking with a tradition of independent law enforcement that dates from America’s founding. He is weighing pardons for every one of his supporters accused of attacking the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, more than 800 of whom have pleaded guilty or been convicted by a jury. He might not come to the aid of an attacked ally in Europe or Asia if he felt that country wasn’t paying enough for its own defense. He would gut the U.S. civil service, deploy the National Guard to American cities as he sees fit, close the White House pandemic-preparedness office, and staff his Administration with acolytes who back his false assertion that the 2020 election was stolen.

I am really glad to see this and thanks for posting it. The biggest problem with Trump is the press has always treated him like a celebrity instead of a politician. So they tended to just write down what he says and leave it at that. When what he says matters and the press needs to report that for what it is. Some of the most extreme, outrageous, contradictory and dangerous things that has ever come out of a politicians mouth. And Trump is so far gone now he can't even hear himself. Even if I worked on it all day I could not post all the things coming out of his Time interview. And of course Trump will try to disavow many of them and contradict himself. But the issues facing us now are just too big and intense to let Trump get away with it and just babble incoherently about them.

And on a side note Trump just gushed and praised Time because they put him on the cover when all he had was a fake cover before. Unable grasp the fact this interview went nuclear on him.

Trump Unleashes Bizarre 'Word Salad' Answer During Live Nighttime TV Interview
    Ed Mazza

Donald Trump has people wondering just what he was trying to say during a rambling monologue on Fox News on Tuesday evening after Sean Hannity asked for his reaction to police removing pro-Palestinian protesters from Columbia University.

“It’s just such a sad thing to see,” Trump said. “If you go back a year, go back three or four or five years ago, this would not even be possible to think about. Nobody would be thinking this could happen. You look at the antisemitism, the hatred of Israel by so many people.”

“You go back 10 years, I mean Israel was protected by Congress,” he continued. “And now, Congress is just doing numbers that are unbelievable with I think a very, very small group of people within Congress and it’s gotta stop. But we have to go back to the roots. We have to protect, we have to stop the antisemitism that’s just pervading our country right now and leaving the page." data-wf-tooltip-position="bottom" data-wf-reset-every="90">Biden has to do something.”

Trump also claimed there were “paid agitators” among the protesters, said some are “brainwashed,” insisted that Israel needs to “clean out the cancer,” and accused President Joe Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) of not being supportive of Israel.

The former president spent much of the day in court, where his criminal trial in the Stormy Daniels hush money case continues ― and where he reportedly dozed off during the proceedings again.

His rambling comments later in the evening left people on X puzzled:

And nicely spun and cherry picked.
He explained and fully justified the need to deport, with all possible urgency, 11 MILLION ILLEGAL MIGRANTS who have been welcomed into the country by brandon.
He confirmed that he will follow the law, didn't he?

"Well, let me put it this way: They’re new and they're certainly going to be tested in the courts. If the courts rule against you, do you commit to complying with all court orders upheld by the Supreme Court?
Trump: I will be complying with court orders. And I'll be doing everything on a very legal basis, just as I built the wall...........
I want to talk about your plan to build the wall in just a second, but just to come back on that. So you commit to complying with all Supreme Court orders? All orders upheld by the Supreme Court?
Trump: Yeah, I would do that, sure. I have great respect for the Supreme Court.
And Trump repeated at every question on abortion; the states will decide what they will do, and I will support what the states decide, didn't he? He did NOT say he'd "LET" states do anything, did he?
Prosecuting women for getting abortions after the ban. But are you comfortable with it?
Trump: The states are going to say. It’s irrelevant whether I’m comfortable or not. It's totally irrelevant, because the states are going to make those decisions. And by the way, Texas is going to be different than Ohio. And Ohio is going to be different than Michigan. I see what's happening.
And the whole prosecution thing isn't quite as simple as you tried to paint it, is it @toniter?

So just to be clear: You wouldn’t instruct your Attorney General to prosecute Alvin Bragg?
Trump: We are going to have great retribution through success. We're going to make our country successful again. Our retribution is going to be through success of our country.

Would you fire a U.S. attorney who didn't prosecute someone you ordered him to? Him or her?
Trump: It depends on the situation, honestly.

    So you might?
Trump: It would depend on the situation. Yeah.
    Tradition you say, toniter? BULLSHIT
President Trump, isn’t going after your political opponents what they do in a banana republic?
Trump: That’s what’s happening now. Yeah.
    Well okay—

Trump: No, no, no, no. Eric, that’s what’s happening now. I’ve got to be on Monday—in fact, we’re doing this today because Monday was a little bit tougher, because I have to be in a criminal court on Monday.
And your summary of Trump's pardon of January 6 protesters missed a few key points, didn't it?
Let's take a second to talk about January 6. You have called the men and women who have been prosecuted for their actions on January 6 “hostages” and “political prisoners.” More than 800 of these people have been sentenced through our judicial system, most of whom pleaded guilty. Some of them have been convicted by juries. You've said you will pardon them. Are you calling into question the conclusions of the justice system in more than 800 cases?
Trump: It’s a two-tier system. Because when I look at Portland, when I look at Minneapolis, where they took over police precincts and everything else, and went after federal buildings, when I look at other situations that were violent, and where people were killed, nothing happened to them. Nothing happened to them. I think it's a two-tier system of justice. I think it's a very, very sad thing. And whether you like it or not, nobody died other than Ashli.

Will you consider pardoning every one of them?
Trump: I would consider that, yes.
    You would?
    Trump: Yes, absolutely.
    All right, so—

Trump: If somebody was evil and bad, I would look at that differently. But many of those people went in, many of those people were ushered in. You see it on tape, the police are ushering them in. They’re walking with the police.
You should trot over now to american hater for your reward. He's very proud of the job you did bastardizing what Trump's message was.

The point was, you did a good job of cherry picking what trump said.
Getting you to post the entire interview transcript was so forum members could see for themselves what trump said.
And pointing out how you bastardized the interview hopefully makes members curious enough to read the entire interview.

And yes, given trump or brandon, Shooter will take trump over brandon every time.
Trump wouldn't be shooters first choice, he'd still rather see Haley on the ballot, but given either brandon or trump, yes, he'd take trump.
Pissing off liberals with that is just a bonus.

You'd really want brandon to lead you?

It's been pointed out many times; at virtually every trump rally you hear those big crowds chanting "USA USA USA!"
At biden rallies you never hear any cheering or "USA USA USA!"

    We understand why. Biden.

Why Everyone Thinks Biden Had an Accident in Front of the Press Corps.

Everyone and their mother seems to be commenting on Joe Biden’s awkward pause before the White House press corps at the White House. Just let the record show that this is a fun post, and all of you can comment as you please, but the pause— when he stops. Many think that the president might have had an accident:

Why did he stop like that?

Joe is also old, and when they stop, the elderly can look awkward. Who the hell knows, but it led to many posts on social media about what this stance represents. It’s not a significant story, but it does add the narrative that the man is too frail and mentally degraded to be president. It’s why his team is moving to shorten his speeches to reduce the chances that he’ll meltdown in front of the cameras, which, knowing Joe, is bound to happen multiple times, especially when the campaign season begins to pick up steam.

The Biden spin is that they’re enhancing quality over quantity, but the American people aren’t stupid, and no one has bought what this administration has been shoveling for months. Most voters say Biden is too old to be president and doesn’t deserve a second term. Almost half the country, around 40 percent, say they’re poorer than they were four years ago. On every major issue, except abortion, Donald Trump is picking up steam. Biden is losing support among young voters, Hispanics, and blacks. It wouldn’t shock me if a healthy amount of union families voted for Trump; the United Auto Workers’ front office admitted as much. Moreover, Biden is facing a Muslim voter rebellion in the Rust Belt over the war in Gaza.

That’s a lot of problems, Mr. President. Even your own party seems to think you suck. I’d crap my pants, too. If that did happen, have no fear; Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) allegedly had the same incident in 2020.

Trump To Headline Minnesota Dinner On Same Day As Son Barron's Graduation
    David Moye

Although Donald Trump made a big stink about being able to attend his son Barron’s high school graduation ceremony, he now has an additional item on his agenda that same day — one that is far away from the graduation.

The former president has agreed to be the keynote speaker at the Republican Party of Minnesota’s annual Lincoln Reagan Dinner, according to KFGO radio.

The day is May 17, the same day Barron will graduate high school in Palm Beach, Florida, which is also a day off from Trump’s current hush money trial in New York.

It is not uncommon for Trump to schedule events in different states on the same day. A source close to the Trump campaign says he will attend both.
