You worry a lot. How will you pay for this? Can you get it done when you want? Will your back pain go away? Will you look better to yourself? Will the surgery affect your self esteem? And how hard will it be to lose the rest of the weight?

You already know the answers. You'll figure out the money part. Maybe the schedule will work, maybe not, but you'll get it done. Your back pain may well improve, and if unmentionables make grooves on the tops of your shoulders, they'll get better. You say you want this, so you should like the results. You're a girl, so if you feel you look better, your self esteem will go up. You already proved you can do weight loss stuff.
