    Yep.
Nancy Antoinette and the power rangers march around the Capitol with their impeachment paper, and social engineering bills, and silly declarations, and as soon as it hits the senate Mitch and the deplorables drive a stake through it.

Nancy marching her power rangers in line around the Capitol is reminiscent of a smurf parade.

Pelosi’s GOP ‘Murder’ Smear Was So Despicable That Even MSNBC Reporters Are Calling Her Out

    ——–

For as long as I can remember, the mainstream media has treated House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) like like a political mastermind. To them, she’s a political leader who can deftly navigate and weave her way through the minefield that is Washington, D.C., sticking to her guns all while maintaining the dignity and grace that is supposed to come with the various Congressional leadership positions she’s held.

Unfortunately for Pelosi, over the last 3+ years President Trump has brought the darkside Republicans have long known existed in her out into the open. As recent events have shown, it’s now to such an extent that not even her allies in the mainstream press can cover for her anymore.

Before we get to the MSNBC video clip, a quick recap: My RedState colleague Bonchie reported Tuesday on how Pelosi despicably told a CBS Radio reporter that when it came to Republican Sen. Tim Scott’s police reform bill, Republicans were “trying to get away with murder, actually — the murder of George Floyd.”

Here’s the audio clip for anyone who missed it:

UNHINGED: Nancy Pelosi accuses Republican senators of "trying to get away with murder, actually, the murder of George Floyd"https://youtu.be/qtJDpg5dwmI

Today, Pelosi had a chance to walk back her comments after MSNBC’s Peter Alexander asked her about them – but she didn’t. Her answer was so tone deaf and bizarre that Alexander pressed her as to whether or not she believed Sen. Scott, who led the way in crafting the bill, was acting in good faith on it. She seemed perplexed for a moment as if she couldn’t believe he asked the question, and then pivoted to yada yadaing about Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY):

Peter Alexander: When you were speaking yesterday, you said Republicans are, ‘Trying to get away with murder, actually, the murder of George Floyd.’ Senate Republicans are demanding an apology for that statement. Will you apologize?

Nancy Pelosi: Absolutely, positively not. The fact is people say – I think, frankly, you, in the press, have given them far too much credit for a bill that does nothing. They’re saying, ‘Well, you have your bill. They have theirs.’ Yeah, our bill does something. Theirs does nothing.

Peter Alexander: (asks as she’s talking) Is Tim Scott working in good faith, I guess?

Nancy Pelosi: With all due respect – I’m sorry? Well, we would hope they –

Peter Alexander: Is Tim Scott working in good faith? Is this a good starting point?

Nancy Pelosi: I’m talking about Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell could open this up again and have an open Judiciary Committee consideration of a bill where they could come together and get something done.

Speaker Pelosi says she will "absolutely, positively" not apologize for saying that Republicans are "trying to get away with the murder of George Floyd" with their police reform bill

What utter garbage. This is not about Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell didn’t call his Democratic colleagues murderers in an interview. This is about Pelosi’s disgusting smear of Republicans including Scott who are working their a**es off to respond to the death of George Floyd and the national outcry that followed with meaningful police reform legislation that both sides could come together on. Scott spoke through tears on the floor of the Senate last week out of sheer frustration over the fact Democrats are unwilling to come to the table.

Pelosi has responded to it all by taking the low road because she doesn’t want to give off the appearance of giving Republicans and Trump any sort of legislative victory at a time when Democrats are trying to score all the racially-charged political points they can in a critical election year.

This is not about “coming together to get something done” for her nor any other Democrat in the House or Senate. This is about milking this issue for all it’s worth and drawing it out as long as possible so as to inflict maximum damage on Republicans in November.

Anyone out there truly interested in police reforms should be disgusted by what she’s doing and by the cheap games she’s playing. Like her proudly showing off the premium ice cream treats she keeps in her freezers while average Americans were struggling to make ends meet, this is not a good look for her. Not at all.

Democrats have put up with her and actually encouraged her for so long they think it is their job to cover up for her. Put the old cow out to grass. She is well past her usefulness.

    Anyone see this coming?

Senate Democrats block GOP police reform bill from advancing

Democrat senators have rejected the GOP’s police reform bill, prompting questions as to when changes to law enforcement will come amid ongoing national unrest.

On Wednesday, the vote to allow debates to proceed for the JUSTICE Act fell short of the support needed from just a handful of lawmakers in the upper chamber.

The bill, which was put forward by Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.), outlined several reforms to police practices, including measures on body cams and chokeholds.

The legislation garnered praise from conservatives, who believed it would make a real difference in the wake of nationwide protests, which were sparked by the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and others.

“I can stand here for an hour and extoll the virtues of Sen. Tim Scott’s JUSTICE Act,” explained Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). “His legislation has already earned 48 cosponsors, because it’s a straightforward plan based on facts, based on data and lived experience.”

Despite the support it garnered from Republicans, the bill was road blocked by Democrat lawmakers. The effort was led by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), who argued it was “unsalvageable” and nowhere near the reform needed.

“I want to thank all of our colleagues for their work today, which is to not fall into a political trap, to not take crumbs on the table,” stated Harris.

Scott was quick to criticize Democrats following the vote. He accused them of caring more about politics than the issue at hand. The senator has said he offered them several amendments for the bill, but these were turned down.

“I offered every single amendment they would want, they could have. I offered them the X Amendment, which basically means we could replace a whole clause they didn’t like, even though 70% of the bill was where they wanted it to go. So frustrating to see that presidential politics is alive. It’s kind of like November this year comes before July.” – Tim Scott, U.S. Senator

Other GOP senators agreed with Scott, saying their Democrat colleagues “continue to demonstrate they’re more interested in scoring points with their radical base” than working on real solutions.

Meanwhile, the House is expected to put their own reform proposal to a vote this week. So far, it has not been backed by any Republican sponsors.

Some have said not all hope is lost for Scott’s bill. Sen. McConnell could bring it up for a vote again after he changed his vote to a ‘no’ during the Wednesday motion to allow for the procedure.

However, the Senate majority leader has been unclear when and if he will do so, as questions on what reform is needed remain under debate.

Nancy Pelosi’s Mind Melts, Forgets George Floyd’s Name In Rambling Presser About George Floyd’s Name

The more I watch Nancy Pelosi over the last year, the more I’m starting think that it’s not just Joe Biden that is dealing with a severe mental decline. In her pressers, Pelosi often rambles and routinely sounds like she’s simultaneously trying to suck on a lemon while speaking.

But today, she made a more serious mistake while touting the House’s police reform bill, which will no doubt be an absolute dumpster fire of overreach.

House Soeaker Nancy Pelosi says the Democrat-led police reform bill has to be “worthy of George Kirby’s name.” pic.twitter.com/x4dolowLrD

    — Alex Salvi (@alexsalvinews) June 26, 2020

    Woo boy.

We’ve just spent a month dealing with protests, riots, and looting related to the killing of George Floyd. His name has been everywhere. Yet, here is Pelosi trying to brag about putting his name on her bill and she calls him “George Kirby.” You can’t make this stuff up.

It’s hilarious, but it’s also a sad indictment of how shallow our politics are. Pelosi doesn’t care about George Floyd. She can’t even be bothered to remember his name. But she sees political gains in having her party block Tim Scott’s Senate police reform bill, so tell Schumer to nuke it and try to pander from her chamber based on nothing but pure partisanship. It’s cynical and gross, especially to those of us that actually care about reasonable solutions being implemented.

    So who is George Kirby?

I want you to try to imagine Donald Trump making this mistake.

If the President did a presser and mis-named George Floyd like this, it’d lead CNN for a month. It would be used as absolute proof of his supposed callousness and uncaring nature toward black Americans. The New York Times would print dozens of op-eds decrying how unserious Republicans are about police violence and protecting black lives. Brian Stelter would quite literally melt into a pool of goo.

But because it’s Nancy Pelosi, this won’t even make a blip. That’s media bias in action. Omission is their biggest weapon and they wield it well.

More UnConstitutional measures of legislation from the leftists:

House passes bill to make D.C. a state, Republicans highly oppose

For the first time in history, the House of Representatives has passed a bill to grant Washington, D.C. statehood. The bill passed by a vote of 232-180. No Republicans supported the legislation and only one Democrat was against it.

A similar measure was proposed in 1978 and then again in 1993, both times failing. The bill resurfaced this year after President Trump overrode D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and deployed the National Guard to tame protesters.

Advocates for the bill claimed the district is worthy of statehood because it has more than 700,000 residents, which is more than the populations of both Wyoming and Vermont. Additionally, Washington, D.C.’s annual budget is larger than that of 12 other states.

Democrats have said they pushed the bill because they believe the residents of the nation’s capital have been subject to “taxation without representation.” The district does not have any official representation, but it does have a shadow senator who can do everything in Congress except vote.

“Congress has two choices: it can continue to exercise undemocratic, autocratic authority over the 705,000 American citizens who reside in our nation’s capital, or Congress can live up to its nation’s promise and ideals,” stated D.C. Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton.

If the measure is passed based by the Senate, the area would get two voting senators and one House member.

Republicans have opposed this notion, which they viewed as a political stunt. According to them, those seats would most likely go to the Democrats, since the voters of D.C. have only ever elected Democrat mayors.

GOP lawmakers also cited the Constitution, specifically Article I, Section 8. This section called for the nation’s capital to remain a neutral bipartisan area for legislation, not be part of a state.

The new state would include the district’s residents, but not federal buildings, the National Mall, museums and memorials.

“What this bill does is it seeks to shrink the city of D.C. into a tiny city, then creates a state from the territory that is left over,” explained Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.).

The 23rd Amendment currently allocates three electoral votes to the District of Columbia. If shrunk down, it would give this small city extreme weight in the presidential election.

The key to remember here is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is a member of the "gang of eight" which consists of House and Senate leadership that routinely receive classified briefings and Pelosi knows a lot more than she is allowed to say.

I am pretty sure the reason House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are requesting this intelligence briefing is because they already know what they are going to say.

Pelosi, Schumer request US intelligence leaders brief Congress on reports of Russian bounties

*That right there is a big hint Pelosi and Schumer already know. If they had any doubts they would have restricted to closed committees and/or the gang of 8.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is on fire this morning and she is pissed off.

    Trump is the real hoax.

The White House is trying to run a scam saying that since not all intelligence agencies had signed off on the Russian bounty intelligence it was not worth the president's attention. Protecting our men and women in uniform is our highest priority and always worth the president's attention.

We are having a gang of eight classified briefing this morning and I sincerely hope everyone on the committee shows up willing to listen and "Moscow Mitch" doesn't just come in again pushing the president's talking points. The murder of our troops in Afghanistan should rise above partisan politics.

The president is still in his fantasy land and pretending COVID 19 is just going to go away and he said that on the day we set a new record of 50,000 in one day. Congress needs to admit this president has utterly failed and given up and take over the national response.

Even now. Even after the president finally has been briefed on Russia paying to have our troops killed once again as I have said many times all roads lead to Putin with this president and instead of taking action to protect our troops this president just spouts off Russian propaganda.

Looks like Pelosi has bigger balls than you do, even though her bullshit is more wrong than yours, at least she has the bigger balls to stand up and ...as you say...She hit every question out of the park and then hit back three times as hard with facts. logic, and reason.
