And they accuse Hillary of running a child trafficking from the basement of a pizza shop!! What the trump administration did amounted to child trafficking right in the open.
Any connection with Epstein, you suppose?

I have not seen any direct connection to Epstein but there are plenty of instances of migrant children being sexually abused on this thread. As well as just child trafficking for profit. There was lots of money to be made off them shuttling them from shelter to shelter. Which was another thing Trump and his administration tried to keep secret.

I am sure anyone can see the really sick, disgusting, phony, and fraudulent game going on here. It does not matter how much proof and documentation is provided that migrant children including toddlers ended up in immigration courts without lawyers. The proof is just obvious. And its a sick and twisted game with innocent children used as pawns for some to try and pretend otherwise no matter how much proof is provided.

Much more sickening and disgusting, however, are the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans trying to make up excuses and defend Trump for kidnapping migrant children and not even keeping records on them. As some critics pointed out even the Nazis kept better records.

Trump and his administration didn't just kidnap migrant children. In many cases they turned them into orphans.

The parents of 545 children separated at the border still haven’t been found
About two-thirds of the parents are believed to be somewhere in Central America.

Months before the Trump administration rolled out its “zero-tolerance” policy on the U.S.-Mexico border, hundreds of migrant children were already being separated from their families with little fanfare. As those children were shuttled around the country in late 2017, their parents were swiftly detained or deported, with few records taken by the government about where they went or how to contact them.

It was only in 2019, after a federal judge ordered officials to hand their names over to immigration lawyers, that the American Civil Liberties Union and other groups tried in earnest to begin reuniting them.

On Tuesday, those lawyers submitted a court filing with a grim update: They have not yet been able to reach the parents of 545 separated children. About two-thirds of those parents are believed to be somewhere in Central America — without their children.

“Unfortunately, there’s an enormous amount of work yet to be done to find these families — work that will be difficult, but we are committed to doing,” Lee Gelernt, an ACLU attorney, said in an interview with The Washington Post. “Not only are we still looking for hundreds of families, but we would have never even known about these families if the Trump administration had its way.”

Three years after the families were separated, it is perhaps the most tangible legacy of one of President Trump’s most widely condemned policies: hundreds of migrant children scattered across the United States, living in foster care or with relatives, during a global pandemic that has all but halted efforts to locate their parents.

Department of Homeland Security officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Post late on Tuesday about the court filing, which was first reported by NBC News.

Under Trump’s official zero-tolerance policy, more than 2,800 families were separated in 2018. When public uproar forced the Trump administration to reverse the policy, many of those families — about 5 in 6 — were still in the United States, including in detention.

A federal judge ordered government officials to hand over records to a group of lawyers and advocates, including Gelernt and his team at the ACLU, who undertook a massive, monthslong effort to locate thousands of parents. By now, most have been reunited, either in the United States or their home countries.

But the actual number of separated families was much higher. Lawyers say about 1,500 children had been taken from their parents in 2017, while zero-tolerance was being carried out during a secretive pilot program in El Paso. Many more of those parents were deported, never given the option of reuniting with their children in the United States.

U.S. officials also took down incomplete and often inaccurate data during this “pilot program” of zero tolerance, Gelernt said. When a judge ordered the Trump administration to hand over a new batch of Excel sheets, it became far more difficult to rely solely on these outdated records to locate parents.

The parents of 485 children have been reached so far, lawyers said in the court filing. But some are missing, Gelernt added, while others are in hiding, having fled the threats that once pushed them north.

Of the parents of 545 separated children who have not yet been contacted, lawyers expect 75 will be reachable by phone. Another 187 have been found but not reached successfully, and 283 have not been found entirely.

“At some point, we’re going to hit a group of families that becomes very hard to find,” Gelernt said. “It’s not inconceivable that we’ll still be looking for them a year from now.”

When records prove insufficient, lawyers must instead rely on a network of human rights lawyers and nonprofit staff — led by the New York-based group Justice in Motion — who have tried to physically track families on the ground in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Mexico.

With little more than a misspelled name or an outdated phone number, the attorneys travel to remote, mountainous villages that are sometimes controlled by gangs and often suspicious of all outsiders. The roads to these tiny hamlets are bumpy and ragged, and the prevailing tongue might be the Mayan language of Mam, not Spanish.

These human rights defenders “take the minimal, often inaccurate or out-of-date information provided by the government and do in-person investigations to find these parents,” Nan Schivone, the group’s legal director, said in a statement to The Post, noting it was already “an arduous and time-consuming process on a good day.”

    Then came the coronavirus pandemic.

With strict curfews and other containment measures imposed across much of Central America, Justice in Motion was forced to halt its time-consuming work entirely. The suspicion and trauma common among separated parents — who are no easier to locate these days — has made it difficult to replicate efforts online.

“We had to completely stop because of the pandemic,” one Honduran human rights defender, Dora Melara, told KQED.

For months, as outbreaks of COVID-19 exploded worldwide, hundreds of parents and children continued to remained apart — now in quarantine.

Some of the pandemic rules have loosened in recent months, but the work remains no less challenging. In Honduras, where people are only able to leave their homes once a week, Melara spends her one free day traveling to visit families, even though she must be back in her own home 14 hours later.

Still, the last thing she and others plan to do is give up.

“When we will find these parents is impossible to know,” Gelernt said, “but we will not stop until we find every last family.”

And President Biden and his administration are still trying to reunite children with their parents.

The Biden Administration Is Still Looking For Migrant Families Separated Under Trump
Roughly 1,000 children have yet to be reunited with their parents. Why is it taking so long?

On Monday, the Biden administration reached a settlement in a lawsuit brought on behalf of families separated at the US-Mexico border due to Donald Trump’s so-called “zero-tolerance” policy, under which immigration agents removed thousands of migrant children from their parents.

“The practice of separating families at the southwest border was shameful,” said Attorney General Merrick Garland in a statement. “This agreement will facilitate the reunification of separated families and provide them with critical services to aid in their recovery.”

“The practice of separating families at the southwest border was shameful.”
Under the proposed settlement, which now goes before a judge for approval, affected families will receive temporary legal status, allowing them to live and work in the country while applying for asylum. They’ll also gain access to a range of social supports, including housing assistance and legal aid. The Biden administration is also pledging to continue working to track down and bring together the families who still remain separated.

That’s a crucial piece for many families. An estimated 1,000 children have yet to be reunified with their parents, years after the zero-tolerance policy officially ended. In 2021, the Biden administration set up a task force to reunify these families, estimating that a total of 3,924 kids had been separated under the Trump policy from 2017 to 2021. As of September, however, about a quarter of those children still hadn’t been returned to their parents. Some are currently in the reunification process. But many more remain adrift, scattered across the US in the care of distant relatives, family friends, or foster homes.

“When we brought this lawsuit, no one thought it would involve thousands of children, take us to so many countries searching for families, or last for years,” Lee Gelernt, who serves as deputy director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project and the lead counsel in the case, said in a statement.

In large part, the delay in reunifying families is due to abysmal record-keeping by the Trump administration, which often lost track of parents and children as they were funneled into the custody of different federal agencies. When starting up its work, the task force discovered that the information on these families “was patchwork at best,” compelling officials to comb through government files to identify family members who had been separated. According to one official, the records that did exist were riddled with errors, like incorrect dates and mistaken names. Some children had even been matched with the wrong parents.

The Trump administration knew it couldn’t properly keep track of children and parents after piloting the practice in 2017, an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General found. But it moved forward with family separations anyway.

Many parents were also deported without their children, which made it extraordinarily difficult to reunite those families. In many cases, the kids remained in the US while parents were sent back to home countries in Central and Southern America, often returning to remote areas where residents can be hard to track down. Many search attempts in these communities have relied on the herculean detective work of nonprofit groups, which, armed with little more than a name or a hometown, sometimes traveled to villages on foot to find parents whose children had been taken away at the US-Mexico border.

“Many times, we obtain more information from records of the people here in Guatemala through birth certificates and we can see where the parents are from,” one attorney told Voice of America. “In other cases, we have to go to the community leaders and try to ask if they know a certain person.”

But even a starting point for the search can be difficult to identify. Many children were just toddlers when they were removed from their families and have been apart from them for several years. The average age of kids separated from their parents at the border was 9 years old, and more than a quarter were under 5. Children this young, attorneys say, can have difficulty recalling their parents’ full names or where they lived.

Under the settlement, which is expected to be approved by US District Judge Dana Sabraw, the Biden administration has agreed to press on with its reunification efforts, however challenging the task may be. But the unfinished work is a clear reminder that, for many, the nightmare of family separation never ended.

    Obama wasn't it?
And the biden administration not only allows but encourages it, eh american hater?
Seen the figures on child sex trafficking lately american hater?
Think the volume has increased along with the invasion of ILLEGAL migrants at the border?
    Of course it has.
But say, everyone knows no despicable would ever abuse a minor, right?
    Wrong.

Democratic Seattle Mayor Ed Murray resigned Tuesday after more allegations of child sexual abuse surfaced in what is becoming a disturbing pattern of Democratic politicians involved in crimes and allegations of child sexual abuse — scandals largely ignored by the media.

Murray’s resignation, effective 5 p.m. on Wednesday, comes after a fifth allegation of child sexual abuse surfaced on Tuesday — this time from a family member.

However, Murray’s alleged behavior is not alone; several major Democrats are facing charges or received convictions regarding sexual crimes related to children over the past year.

Perhaps the most well-known example is that of Anthony Weiner, soon to be ex-husband to Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin.

The disgraced Democratic politician has a long history of sexual misconduct which most recently landed him in legal trouble when he became involved in an online sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl. Weiner pleaded guilty to transferring obscene material to a minor and faces up to ten years in prison — he also must now register as a sex offender.

Jacob Schwartz, 29, was an up-and-coming young Democrat who worked on New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s staff until he was arrested in May on child pornography charges in which he allegedly kept more than 3,000 images and 89 videos of pornographic acts committed by children.

Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) is currently on trial facing federal corruption charges, which started in 2012 over allegations that he and another man were having sex with underage prostitutes.

The co-owners of backpage.com, a website allegedly directly linked to child prostitution and trafficking, gave lots of money to Democrats recently, including donations to:

Convicted sex offender and longtime friend of former Democratic President Bill Clinton, Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was accused in January in a federal lawsuit of luring a woman into “his elaborate sex trafficking enterprise,” the Daily Mail reported. “The lawsuit alleges that Epstein had a compulsive sexual preference for little girls as young as 13-years-old.”

Last week, Democratic Connecticut Councilman Scott Chamberlain was forced to step down after photographs of him allegedly emerged on a private website for “furries,” a weird subculture of people who dress up in furry costumes for sexual gratification.

And say, while we're at it, would you consider a daddy taking showers with his tweeny daughter to be sex abuse?
    Everyone else does.
    But as we know
What a despicable does is politics
What a deplorable does is criminal
    Eh?

After reading that article, I know how to use the words "alleged" and "allegations".
There is one man comes to mind found guilty of sexual abuse, actually rape. Who? say again....a little louder. ....Aha, I know, it's hard to say it. Let's stick with allegations.

It sue is easy to tell who is triggered by being proven wrong and in a panicked desperation to try and distract, deflect, and change the subject. In fact I would call it a literally desperation red panic. Because they backed supported and lied for one of the sickest sadistic and cruel policies in US history.

This is actually a very successful effort when we consider the Trump administration didn't even know how many children they kidnapped, didn't keep records on them, and in many cases had already deported their parents some who did not speak either English or Spanish and instead only spoke local dialects and or tribal languages.

US reunites nearly 700 kids taken from parents under Trump

    By REBECCA SANTANA
    Published 2:45 PM MST, February 2, 2023

WASHINGTON (AP) — A Biden administration task force designed to reunite children separated from their families during President Trump’s presidency has reconnected nearly 700 children with their families, officials said Thursday.

President Joe Biden issued an executive order on his first day in office to reunite families that were split up under the Trump administration’s widely condemned practice of forcibly separating parents and children at the U.S.-Mexico border to discourage illegal immigration. Thursday marked the two-year anniversary of the task force.

According to figures released by the Department of Homeland Security, 3,881 children were separated from their families from 2017 to 2021. About 74% of those have been reunited with their families: 2,176 before the task force was created and 689 afterward.

But that still leaves nearly 1,000 children. Of those, 148 are in the reunification process. The department pledged to continue the work until all separated families that can be found have the opportunity to reunite with their children.

The Trump administration separated thousands of migrant parents from their children as it moved to criminally prosecute people for illegally crossing the southwestern border. Minors, who could not be held in criminal custody with their parents, were transferred to the Department of Health and Human Services. They were then typically sent to live with a sponsor, often a relative or someone else with a connection to the family.

Hundreds of families have sued the federal government.

Families can register for reunification services through a website and can get help with steps such as applying for humanitarian parole that would allow them to come to the U.S., as well as for behavioral health services to help them.

During a meeting Thursday with reporters, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas discussed efforts to address “the wounds” the separations had caused.

He describing meeting the mother of a teenager who had been separated from her mom when she was 13 and then reunited with her when she was 16. But Mayorkas said, the woman relayed how her teenage daughter “still could not understand how her mother would let her be separated. She didn’t understand the force behind the separation.”

Well, it's been a week since american hater once again accused Shooter of being a liar, and he once again pushed the lie that he already proved that unaccompanied minors are forced into court without legal representation.
A week since shooter challenged american hater to put up or shut up.

American hater hasn't taken the challenge.
His minions tried to intercede for him.
    They failed.
Then american hater did what he always does, he tried to divert the discussion and use a bunch of his musty old propaganda to confuse the issue.
    Fail.

So american hater was challenged and he ran away.
    Again.

Guess we'll have to wait for him to make the claim again and jam it right back down his lying, traitorous throat.
    Again.

Take note of the "reality bullying" on clear display here. The proof migrant children including toddlers were forced to go to court without lawyers is undeniable. I've posted multiple examples of that on this thread before. But just the proof provided at the top of the page is sufficient. Right down to individual cases with case numbers. But with nothing more than personal attacks and name calling there is still attempts to bully that reality out of the way. And just keep telling the same lies over and over and over again when anyone can see the truth and reality for themselves by just looking at the top of the page.

But we cannot lose track of another reality. What are treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans lying about? That's really important. Because what they are lying about is one of the cruelest policies in US history. Where the United States government kidnapped children from their parents. Put them in cages without even keeping records on them. Inflicted incredible physical and psychological trauma on innocent children and turned hundreds of them into orphans.

You have to be one really sick, sadistic, disgusting and incredibly cruel child abusing gutter crawler to lie about that. And no one gets to bully that reality out of the way just to try and protect and cover up for their Chosen One Traitor Trump.

Trying to bully reality simply will not work when reality is at the top of the page.

And how is this when it comes to the true feelings of treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans who hate both migrant children and puppies apparently?

This is how they really think. @the Farm Boy just happened to say it out loud.

This is just a continuation of the base cause of the child separation atrocity. Cruelty is the point. Its part of the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Re[publican character; sadism. And of course treason against the United States of America. They refuse to live under the Constitution and the rule of law. The only migrants the razor wire stopped is the few who drowned including women and kids. And treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans including the one here got off on that. The ultimate cruelty. While at the same time the last thing treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans are willing to do is anything that might actually help solve the problems at the border. President Biden and the Democrats just bent over backwards to meet their demands on "border security." But the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans refuse to take yes for an answer. For one very simple reason. Traitor Trump is telling them not to make any deals on the border because he fears it might be a political win for President Biden. Better to just cut up and drown a few migrants and enjoy the cruelty and promote civil war.

'You should be in cuffs': Greg Abbott shredded over 'hogwash' letter defying Supreme Court

The state of Texas lost in its clash with the Border Patrol at the Supreme Court, with the justices allowing federal agents to clear away razor wire the state National Guard unilaterally installed to impede border agents from apprehending migrants in favor of its own blockade. But in a one-page letter issued shortly after, Gov. Greg Abbott flouted the court's ruling, proclaiming the migrants at the border to be an "invasion" and invoking Texas' "right to self-defense" as supreme over federal immigration laws.

Abbott's statement swiftly earned cheers from Trump-supporting voters and lawmakers — but it also triggered scorn bordering on downright horror from attorneys and legal observers.

Also read: Trump is making his donors travel to him for fundraisers: report

"MAGA now has the wedge to incite a civil war and war with Mexico it has long sought. It’s all so obvious it seems inevitable and the fact that ACB is the deciding vote is [laughing emoji]," wrote Conde Nast legal affairs editor Luke Zaleski. "When Putin finally gets his North America fracture thanks to MAGA can we admit the insurrection happened?"

"Did John Calhoun write this?" wrote Georgia State law professor Anthony Michael Kreis.

"This is, to be blunt, hogwash. Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution does not give Texas a right to carry out immigration law. Here's what it says. Texas is not being 'actually invaded' and laying razor wire is not 'engaging in war' — which anyone with two brain cells can see," wrote immigration attorney and policy strategist Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, noting that other states have tried this argument in court decades ago and been smacked down. "If Texas is actually 'waging war' under the Constitution, as Abbott suggests here, then someone should demand that he answer whether Texas is following the Geneva Conventions and treating migrants as full-blown prisoners of war. The entire idea is stupid."

"I read this in the original Confederate," wrote The Nation justice correspondent Elie Mystal.

"Your dissatisfaction, (or, more to the point, politically based contrivances) do not, in any way, confer upon the State of Texas the power to usurp Federal Authority, and the policing of the Border is solely under the jurisdiction of the US Government," wrote attorney Raymond J. Mollica. "You should be in cuffs."

Even Ken Cuccinelli, an immigration hardliner who served in the Department of Homeland Security in the Trump administration, pointed out that Abbott's actions here are all politics and no legal substance.

"I read the TX brief in the razor wire case," wrote Cuccinelli. "Texas literally doesn't EVER - that is not a typo - cite Art. I, Sec. 10. So this is a really tough sounding letter, but Texas is not making this case in court. Actions speak louder than words."

Cruelty is letting people make a dangerous, expensive trek to our borders when they have no hope of ever being naturalized. Cruelty is THOUSANDS of ILLEGAL MIGRANTS invited into the country as political pawns. Cruelty is the TERRORISTS now in the country courtesy of Brandon.
And of course treason against the United States of America. They refuse to live under the Constitution and the rule of law.
A blatant lie. In fact, a blatant fucking lie. From one who calls America a "shithole country" and a "banana republic."
The only migrants the razor wire stopped is the few who drowned including women and kids. And treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans including the one here got off on that. The ultimate cruelty.
Bold faced lies. In fact debunked lies that the american hater insists on repeating, knowing they are fucking lies.
Trump had it under control, didn't he? And starting on day one brandon dismantled all of it, literally putting out the welcome mat for ILLEGAL MIGRANTS. Brandon has been in Congress or the whitehouse for half a fucking century. Care to tell us what he's done to fix it?
    Nothing. Not a damn thing.
Not one dime. Not now, not ever.

For one very simple reason. Traitor Trump is telling them not to make any deals on the border because he fears it might be a political win for President Biden. Better to just cut up and drown a few migrants and enjoy the cruelty and promote civil war.
And always we end up back at Trump.
Face it. The border invasion is all brandon. it's reached the point that border state governors are taking matters into their own hands and brandon is fighting them at every step for doing it.
Then turning around and crawling to Mexico begging them to secure our border. And he's willing to sell us out.

How do else do we know that sadistic cruelty is the point? Because even though I can't post them because of too many cut up children the razor wire didn't deter migrants. You can see photos and videos of thousands of them fighting their way through the wire. Nothing will stop desperate people looking for safety and a better life. It was just fun for treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans to watch them get cut up. Especially the women and kids. They get off on hurting them the most. And now Trump and treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans are threatening civil war because the Supreme Court is trying to ruin their fun.

Few will say it out loud but this is the way they think.

Those rat bastard kids comming across our border with men and women should all be locked in cages and dropped into the sea of Cortez and drowned like puppies

In all fairness I should admit there are a lot more treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans willing to come right out and say things like that if its Palestinian infants and children being slaughtered. But migrants or Palestinians their sadistic cruelty is clear.

All anyone has to do is look at the top of the page and they will see one. As well as lots of other proof?

But I can reveal the phony game here with just one simple question that we will not see an answer to.

Does Texas not have to obey and comply with Supreme Court rulings?
