I guess one of the things that has to be considered , re is it a pandemic ,

is it and epidemic in countries worldwide ,

are most of the countries basically just dealing with imported cases ?

Is it spreading in numerous countries worldwide ?

we now have onshore testing capability ,
meaning kiwi can get results in a few hours , instead of waiting till it goes to Aussie and the results come back .

Nearly all are imported..

Like it or lump it , I think we definitely have to thank the Chinese for that ,
for early notification , and actions to prevent rampant spreading , and very quickly obtaining and share critical information.

But , if it dose have a 14 day , or longer incubation period , then we're a few days to a week or more off being sure if first cases passed on the disease before isolated , or not.

That means all others are imports.

I’ve noticed that most Asian people here are wearing surgical masks but very few other people. Has anyone else noticed this where you are?
