Wow, you've obviously touched a nerve. I can't speak for all guys, but I know what I am looking for is a woman who is open-minded and willing to listen. She may like the same things the guy does, but that is not necessary - more important that they feel comfortable sharing their interests with each other and feel trust for each other.

As for anything in particular, to be willing to say when something is not a good idea for you, but being willing to discuss why and see if there are ways around it.
