Went grocery shopping today. Picked up some nice salmon filets, good looking chicken boobs and a pork tenderloin. Plus all the veggies and staples to make a few great meals.

We just decided to order a pizza for tonight!!!

Pulled pork sandwich tonight

 

Tonight is going to be fish sandwiches, roasted veggies and potatoes, and button mushrooms sure with salmon cake and topped with an Alpine cheese (is called pavino, but it definitely this into the Alpine family!

 

Broiled chicken, shi T, cilantro china lemon T, basil and fresh Oragano, 2 squeezed peaches, orange juice Avocado of course olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar and a splash of apple cider Vinegar and all kinds of tomatoes

 

It’s rather cool & supposed to rain, so I’m thinking beef stew with biscuits or maybe a shepherd’s pie.

 

Just had dinner on the top deck. Grilled salmon, baked sweet tater and fresh green beans. It was very good, I usually prefer skin on salmon, but these skinless worked.

 

I cooked pork tenderloin in the crock pot overnight with a tasty brand seasoning, butter, and garlic. For an early lunch today, I made a wrap with a low carb tortilla shell, roasted pine nut hummus, Swiss cheese, shredded pork tenderloin, alfalfa sprouts, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Just finished prepping dinner.
Marinating: chicken cubes, mushrooms, onion wedges, zucchini slices, yellow squash slices, green bell pepper slices and potato cubes. The marinade is olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Will let it soak in the refrigerator for six or seven hours, then thread them on soaked bamboo skewers to put on the grille.

I’m getting messages saying my pictures are bullshit and come from magazines. So here’s a little step by step for the disbeliever

 

I had chicken nachos for lunch today. All of them I could stuff in my belly anyway.

 

Had some Nese food. I have no idea if it was Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese or what. It was noodles, rice with something in it, shrimp, fish, egg roll, and a fortune cookie.
O and some slimy chicken that I have no idea the name of. Also may have been puppy on a stick, it was some kind of meat.
