I has a wrap, cucumber sticks with tzatziki for dipping, and greek yogurt for lunch today.

 

Dinner at the bar last night, after missing a couple weeks. Provolone sticks, bacon cheeseburger, and fries.

 

Pepperoni pizza and a meatball calzone.

 

Chicken, southern green beans, and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy

 

The wife and I DoorDash 2 bbq shrimp po boys so I didn’t need to eat hospital food again.

 

I had the same thing I had for lunch yesterday except different stuff on my wrap and I didn’t finish my cucumber sticks.

 

Chicken, chickpea, coconut milk and aubergine curry. I did a test batch - Good as always to be honest. Side ingredients include fried shallots, soaked raisins (for that 1970s touch), some actual desiccated coconut, a huge dab of curry paste, chillies ,curry leaves and salt.

 

I’m making some Philly cheesesteak brats, cottage cheese and tomato’s.

 

Leftover pizza and calzone

 

Probably just a salad. Was gonna have a steak, but it's too much work.

 

Chicken fingers and Mac and cheese. Also hopefully my last hospital meal.

 

Rigatoni. I wanted to do ground meat gravy to mix things up a bit, but I'm out of beef broth, so it's a red sauce kinda week - lots of hot sausage coming up.

Had homemade sloppy joes, on a kaiser roll with french fries, and a glass of cold milk!

 

We went out to a late lunch/early dinner today, the house felt too empty, the bar was comfortably populated.

I had a cheeseburger flatbread, it was okay, not gonna reorder it. My wife had chicken in a vodka cream sauce with linguine. She said it was wonderful, she brought half of it home,
