It is a fact that reproduction between siblings just isn't right. Kids can suffer a lot becasue of that.

I have a very close relationship with a cousin of mine. She is 7 days older than me. Our moms are sisters and since we were young we lived close to eachother. We have been playing together more or less since the day we were born.

Sounds like you didn't have much supervision growing up and there wasn't much discussion about sex, puberty and such.

Take having a baby out of the equation. What about the family structure? If we are talking about consenting adults, they don't need to hide it right? So, when other relatives become aware of a sexual relationship, young and old, just live and let live?

 

When you were growing up were your parents with you in the same room 24/7. And you have kids did you have your eyes on them all the time? I bet they had many opportunities to do the same thing I did. I don't mean they did it, but I am sure they could have if they wanted.

There was discussion about sex and puberty but hey we liked what we were doing and we knew we had to keep it to ourselves. Till now our parents still dont know about it.

I can't speak for sibling incest, since I don't have a brother or sister, but as for parent and child, even when they are both of legal age, I feel it is very important to remember that the parent, especially, needs to think about the effect on the child.
