    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    As a result of my migration from North to South, one of the niceties is not having to winterize my boat each year.

    However, flying the Confederate battle flag from the masthead is a little grating on the tolerance side of my personality.

    The Aya Konie is not a fiberglass boat. It was a plywood boat and over the years I had modifications done to it. The Fiberglass was put on in 1974. It wasn't a production built boat. It was built at a small boat yard on the Miami River in Miami Fla. and the guy that built it ran into money problems and was forced to sell it. That is how I came to buy it.


    Any more nit picking you want to do? And you are right that damage is on the starboard side. That was a typing error on my part.

    Nit pickin'?? Sorry to imply that I was picking nits. The boat pictured is the most amazing 50's knock off of a 1995 sailing cat like I have never seen.

    Plywood?? Molded plywood?? Wow that is a piece of art, it is probably the most sophisticated plywood boat I have ever seen. I would love to know who built her. Compound curves and molded bulwarks would be neigh on to impossible to form.
