i am a black man and i am living in germany, i have talked to a few ladies there and one of my questions is often why they like us so much. the simple answer i get is that we just treat them better. we are more fun to be with, and also better lovers. i know this is not always true and they know it as well but that is the answer that i have gotten

i have friends, who use to be in the service or, went to school oversea's
and said the samething. black men, are very RARE oversea's. it's like a
rare gemstone. over here, a back man and a white woman,

i never lived oversea's. but, alot of my friends tell me it's different
in the way they are treated by by white women.
you go to countries like : RUSSIA, SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, & a few
others. there whole attitude is different too.

here in the states, it's very common to see a black man & a white women
together. especially in the NEW ENGLAND & MID-ATLANTIC CORRIDOR.

this area is very diverse than any other part of the country. in the south,
it's more frowned upon than anything else. the md-west, has a few
inter-racial couples as well. the west coast, is probably on the same level
as the east coast.

CANADA, has a quite a bit of inter-racial couples too. next month,
go to the annual OCTOBERFEST ( i think it's called ) in TORONTO.
the women are awesomely " BEAUTIFUL ". plus, they will chat with you
to learn more about you, since your from the U.S.. they will allow you

take pic of them and with them. plus, they have body paint on them.

I too feel it is a myth.

Some white women may experience and enjoy sex with a particular black man.
But that is probably due to the personality of the person involved, not his colour.

I am sure many white women may welcome the idea of a roll in the hay with Obama.

Likewise many white men may fantasize about being in bed with Beyonce Knowles or Naomi Campbell.
But i, totally disagree that black men are in general attractive to white women.

While on this, i notice that porn sites are full of pictures of white woman paired with black men in the "inter racial" sections but you hardly find any of white men with black women.

Women are attracted to who they are attracted to.

Period.

First, let's eliminate the, oh, say 12% of women who are not attracted to men AT ALL.

That leaves about 88% of women.

Then, there are racial and ethnic factors that are still very strong in the world (example: Asians who are only attracted to other Asians, or more specifically, Chinese who are only attracted to other Chinese, but have no attraction for Koreans, or even MORE specifically, a woman from Hunan who would shudder at the thought of being with a man from Jijin); I suspect that would eliminate about two-thirds of women world-wide.

That leaves about 30% of women who might be attracted to someone of another race.

Since those women would be made up themselves of all races, and we cannot assume that ALL of them would be attracted to men of ALL races, we should break them down into sub-groups: Caucasian, Asian, Amer-Indian and Negroid. About 16% fall into the latter category, and could be attracted to any or all of the first three categories, but they are eliminated because a black woman being attracted to a black man is covered above.

Of the remaining three groups, even if we give the overwhelming benefit of the doubt to preference for black men over preference to men of other races, we are down to somewhere between 10 and 12%.

I think it is certainly reasonable to assume that 10 to 12% of women of other races are attracted to black men (not black men ALONE, just attracted to them as well), and that most of those women---say 7 or 8%---would act on that attraction if given the opportunity.

So, if you posited your question as "Why do approximately 10 percent of non-black women want to fuck a black man?" or "Why do approximately 8% of non-black women fuck black men?", we could come up with reasonable scenarios for those actions.

This is interesting, because, though my sample is small, the four black women that 1) I both know have dated (lived with and one married) white guys AND 2) have I been provided with this type of information:

Say that white men 1) treat them better, 2) are both more FUN and are actually AROUND more and 3) were better lovers.

Now, I have known other black women who have dated white guys, but I do not know their intimate feelings about them or their 'comparatives', so it is certainly possible that the others actually prefer black guys, but somehow got stuck with white boyfriends against their will....

 

Myth, Myth and more Myth

 

For me I have always been attracted to black men. They ooze confidence and sexual energy so much.

 

I always thought it was a myth created my men due to penis envy. Lots of men are obsessed with penis size, and the stereotype is that black men have big dicks. So if some men think that women love big dicks, and black men have big dicks then that must mean that all women love black men and want to have sexy with black men. Obviously this is wrong on so many levels, but this is where I believe the myth comes from.

It is very interesting that you and bigamp mention this statement. Because where I live, black men that are in a interracial relationship always treat white women like queeens and goddesses and treat black women like straight dog shit they accidentally steped in. From what I seen, heard, and experienced they show white women nothing but kindness, we as black women get nothing more,but him being an asshole.
