A lot of men don't report abuse either. Who would fund a battered shelter program for men? Hell, even when a man does get accosted by a woman, its automatically assumed that he must have done something to bring it on himself.

Would you honestly believe a man that said a woman abused him?

Actually, figures for assaults against males are rising. But just imagine how difficult it is for a male to actually report an assault against him by a female spouse/partner.

Ok... you had the start of something there. Because there really are women out there who propegate the hate of men, for no other reason than the hate of men. But as usual you took it too far because of your own stupidity. All those things you mentioned? Proven again and again that women can do just as good a job as a guy... so you lose...

But to a more serious subject than that guy...

The statistics for male rape/abuse are much higher than reported. I have three male friends that have told me about being abused by women in their drunken stupour. Have they told the authorities? NO! How would that make them look to their friends? Their family? It would make them look weak and pathetic. It doesn't matter that it was when they were young and they were overpowered. They are male, those things don't happen to guys.

I know plenty of women that have been abused too, but they do NOT hate men. They just try to focus on the positives of the ones that they have in their lives.

I don't hate men. There are times when I hate what men do or how they act. Sometimes guys can be real jerks. They might say something mean or insensitive. Some men are even physically abusive. That doesn't stop me from dating them. I know that most men are good and decent human beings.

I love men. I could not imagine living without a man in my life. There would be a big void without them around. I want to get married someday. I will have to date a lot of guys before I find Mr. Right. Some of them will be jerks. When I finally meet my prince charming, it will all be worth it. :excited:
