Now if any of that was true tenguy you wouldn't be on your third failed marriage, your third failed business, have a kid that committed suicide because of you and you would have had the extreme pleauser of cyber fucking Kimiko.

So you can keep up with your woman hating. verbally abusive, lying phony ways but like I said when the sun comes tomorrow you are still going to be you and I'm still going to be me and I will take that any day and and be really happy with it.

Third failed marriage? dead wrong, happily married to my second wife.
Third failed business? dead wrong, one failed business, I did learn a lot and paid every debt off.
A kid who committed suicide because of me? Dead wrong and totally cowardly of you. My daughter died at 49 because of drug dependency and an codependent husband.
Cyber fucking Kimi? Only you are that stupid, I respect Kimi far too much to ever imagine such a thing.

I'm happy for you, some people enjoy wallowing in self-pity and negativity.

You certainly do that well. You were wrong about the people of Wisconsin ever since this thread started four years ago, and the only thing you can do is to try to make a personal attack on me, but you have failed miserably.

Sorry to be so slow on the uptake, but I just realized why Stumbles got so fucking upset here.

He must not have followed the exchange between CSN and I.

Kumbaya is a song of unity, peace and love, none of which exists between ole Stumbles and I, the disharmony would be earsplitting.

On other hand the great duet song, "Anything your can do", really would be perfect for us to do in song.

In no way was inferring that I can do anything better than Stumbles, I could never be that big of an ass.

A closer look at Wisconsin’s economy under Gov. Scott Walker

By former Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak (D)

In terms of job growth, Wisconsin has consistently trailed the national average. In fact, Wisconsin only saw 1.5 percent private-sector job growth in 2014. Unfortunately for Wisconsinites, while this is the best job creation number Walker has seen throughout his entire time in office, it lags far behind the national growth rate of 2.6 percent...

How big a failure have Walkernomics been? Just look next door at Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton’s Minnesota, which leads Wisconsin in almost every economic indicator.

In Minnesota, Dayton turned a $5 billion budget deficit into an over $1 billion budget surplus in just one term. By requiring the wealthiest earners to pay their fair share, Minnesota is now in a position to invest more resources into the state’s schools and infrastructure.

In Wisconsin, Walker was unable to take his state out of the red and faced a $2 billion budget deficit. Walker made the decision to cut taxes for millionaires and billionaires, while slashing education funding and refusing to make investments that would benefit middle class families and Wisconsin’s financial wellbeing.

In Minnesota, Dayton has moved forward Democratic policies like increasing the minimum wage, expanding Medicaid, and investing in the middle class, and now we are seen as one of the most business friendly states in the country. Just this year, Forbes ranked Minnesota as the 9th best state for business and careers, 7th in economic climate and 2nd in quality of life. On top of all that, CNBC just ranked Minnesota the country’s top state for business in 2015.

In Wisconsin, Walker refuses to raise the minimum wage and equal pay legislation, rejected federal funds to expand Medicaid, and attacked Wisconsin workers with right to work legislation and anti-collective bargaining policies. As a result, the cost of doing business in Wisconsin is higher than the national average, and median household income in Wisconsin is thousands of dollars less than it is in Minnesota.

Only Americans, some Americans, would think the current administration is not trusted by the rest of the World. And that would be those who are not supporters of the incumbent President. The opposite is true. By and large the United States is viewed overwhelmingly in a favourable light. And the period of the last 3 years of President Obama's term is particularly impressive: http://www.pewglobal.org/2015/06/23/1-americas-global-image/

It is interesting to see how international opinion declined during the administration of George the Lesser, and how it has risen during the administration of President Obama.

I needed to come back to this because its come full circle. The Wisconsin Republicans perfected minority rule. Everything from stripping power from unions to the best voter suppression system in the country. Scott Walker of course crashed and burned and is in the dust bin. But the Republicans pretty much still had cemented minority power. And now its come back full circle. The Democrats are overcoming all their barriers and rigging the game.

But in all my political watching I have never seen a rodeo like Wisconsin. Its kind of point blank politics Ad most often comes down to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And I like courts best of all. That is where you either have to put up r shut up. And the court makes the call. Or maybe several courts. But in Wisconsin their Supreme Court is most often the end gate.

You would have to follow Wisconsin politics to even read this. But I wanted to get it on the record.

Wisconsin judge orders former chief justice to turn over records related to impeachment advice

    ASSOCIATED PRESS

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge on Friday ordered the former chief justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court to produce records related to her work advising the Republican Assembly speaker on whether to impeach a current justice.

Former Chief Justice Patience Roggensack was one of three former Supreme Court justices asked by Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to give him advice on pursuing impeachment. Vos has floated impeachment against liberal Justice Janet Protasiewicz based on how she rules on a pending redistricting lawsuit Democrats hope will result in new legislative electoral maps.

The liberal watchdog group American Oversight filed a lawsuit seeking records from Vos and the three former justices. Vos and two of the former justices, David Prosser and Jon Wilcox, turned over records. That included an email from Prosser to Vos advising against impeachment. Vos turned over more than 20,000 pages of documents last week, American Oversight attorney Ben Sparks said at a Friday hearing.

Wilcox told The Associated Press he did not produce a report, but verbally told Vos impeachment was not warranted.

The only former justice who did not produce any records was Roggensack. She has not said what her advice was to Vos and he has refused to say what it was.

When American Oversight attempted to serve Roggensack with a subpoena at her home, an elderly man who answered the door said he did not know anyone by that name and closed the door, Sparks said in court while quoting a statement from the process server.

On Friday, Dane County Circuit Judge Frank Remington issued an order giving Roggensack 30 days to produce any records she has.

“Wisconsin has had and continues to have a long and storied tradition on the responsibility of open government," Remington said.

All of the former justices have a responsibility to produce records they maintain related to their work “whether they understood it or not in accepting the invitation to opine on the question presented,” he said.

Roggensack's attorney, Robert Shumaker, did not return a phone message or email seeking comment.

American Oversight posted the records it received from Vos online Friday. It included a text exchange between Vos and his chief of staff where he asks if the conservative group the Institute for Reforming Government could do a poll on recusal to “affect the discussion.”

“Ask them to pay for it and make it public if it helps us,” Vos texted. “I know they're idiots but let's use their $.”

The Institute for Reforming Government issued a statement saying it did not conduct a poll.

“Compliance with state law is very important to IRG and we always work to avoid any illegal, unethical, or improper behavior,” the statement said. The group also defended its staff in light of the Vos insult, saying it employs “some of the smartest people in the policy space.”

Vos originally said he was considering impeachment if Protasiewicz did not recuse herself from the redistricting case. She did not recuse. Vos did not move to impeach her, following the advice against impeachment from the former justices. But now he’s suggesting he may attempt to impeach her if she does not rule in favor of upholding the current Republican-drawn maps.

The Wisconsin Constitution reserves impeachment for “corrupt conduct in office, or for crimes and misdemeanors.”

Republicans have argued Protasiewicz has pre-judged the case based on comments she made during the campaign calling the current maps “unfair” and “rigged.”

Protasiewicz, in her decision not to recuse from the case, said that while stating her opinion about the maps, she never made a promise or pledge about how she would rule on the case.

The redistricting lawsuit, filed the day after Protasiewicz joined the court in August and flipped majority control to 4-3 for liberals, asks that all 132 state lawmakers be up for election next year in newly drawn districts.

The legislative electoral maps drawn by the Republican-controlled Legislature in 2011 cemented the party’s majorities, which now stand at 64-35 in the Assembly and a 22-11 supermajority in the Senate. Republicans adopted maps last year that were similar to the existing ones.

Wisconsin’s Assembly districts rank among the most gerrymandered nationally, with Republicans routinely winning far more seats than would be expected based on their average share of the vote, according to an AP analysis.

Wisconsin is one of the most gerrymandered states in the country so Republicans control both houses of the legislature. So they engage in more extreme gerrymandering, trying to strip power fr0om Evers, fire election officials, and even impeach a supreme court justice that was just elected.

And they got away with it because Wisconsin elects their supreme court justices and had a conservative majority for 15 years. And they didn't even try to disguise their partisanship. Whatever the Republicans wanted that was the way they usually ruled.

But even after rigging the entire game in their favor the majority in Wisconsin are rejecting them and has now elected a more liberal majority.

This one involves the Republican's attempts to try and impeach Judge Janet Protasiewicz. And what is most significant as I said before the Wisconsin Republicans are in your face point blank partisan politics. So they had every intention of impeaching Judge Protasiewicz. But the biggest change over the past few years is the Democrats didn't just revitalize their Democrats machine. They turned it into a get out the vote and fight back buzz saw that is eating the Republicans up.

And I happened to see the leader of the Wisconsin Democratic party and the host said the Republicans are going to impeach Judge Protasiewicz. And the spokesman said no they won't. And the hosts asked how are you going to stop them. And the spokesman said we are going to hit the grassroots, tell them what the Republicans are trying to do, and the grassroots will tell them that is political suicide and they will come after them. And they will back down.

Now being a Democrat I didn't believe them because that almost never works. And especially not in Wisconsin where the Republicans are stubborn and do not give a fuck. But I could not have been more wrong. They crated a firestorm that was so intense the Republicans had to back down.

And they were fighting for their lives because one of the first cases the supreme court is going to decide is the extreme gerrymandering that keeps them in office and allows minority rule.

Which is why I dug up this thread. Its interesting to me to watch politics come full circle which they always do. So the question bec0mes how long will it take and what forces are driving it. And this one is fairly quick. With abortion rights driving people to get off their own personal asses and go vote. Which is amazing to a political junky like me.
